Too many options cripple me. These both seem like good options:
This Dell seems nice
This HP has a 27” screen

What does she need it for?
Chromebook is my answer if its just surfing and streaming
Have to know what she is using it for to give a good recommendation.
Chromebooks are definitely not slow. There are some crappy ones though. She doesn’t need a laptop and I know you guys all love chrome books, but my experience with them is that they are slow and crappy.
As long as you keep the updates going - mine is like 6 years old. Works like it did when newChromebooks are definitely not slow. There are some crappy ones though. She doesn’t need a laptop and I know you guys all love chrome books, but my experience with them is that they are slow and crappy.
If I was to buy my mom a new computer it would 100% be a chromebook

Chromebooks are only in laptop form, right?
All-in-one is easier for her. She never moving the computer.
That Lenovo should last her 8 good years for what she needs it for. Maybe even longer if you get lucky with the hardware life.
The LEnovo above I think is solid
They do make Chromeboxes to pair with the keyboard, mouse, and monitor of your choice. Basically the chrome book version of a Mac mini.As long as you keep the updates going - mine is like 6 years old. Works like it did when newChromebooks are definitely not slow.
