Surry (Va.) County prosecutor Gerald Poindexter says he will seek indictments in a dogfighting case at property owners by Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick.

No time warp here. This is the local indictment coming down today, following the federal indictment that Vick plead guilty to last month.

Couldn't his attorneys gotten the state involved in the plea bargin prior to his guilty plea? WTF! If you plead guilty to the fed charges and publicly admit to the crimes don't you know that the state is sitting waiting for you? I don't understand how his attorneys didn't try to bundle all this into one guilty plea. I assume they knew this was coming and are going to plead guilty and have both sentences run concurrent with one another.

If not, I would not be very impressed with my high priced legal team.
