My big sleeper.. (1 Viewer)

..is Muhsin Muhammad.

Lots of targets last year, but Griese will be tossing him more accurate balls this year.

Mark him down for 90-1285-9

Pretty decent for an ADP of WR32

If Griese becomes the starter, wouldn't Griese be the better sleeper?

FWIW, I drafted Moose in a couple redrafts as my #3. I like the pick.

Travis Taylor. He could very well end up a 80+ catches/1,000 yd receiver this year.

If the Vikings do not pick up Branch, the lineup will be Williamson, Taylor, & MRob. Mrob will vulture TDs, Williamson will have a low number of catches for long yardage, and Taylor could end up being the short yardage go-to guy, with a high number of catches (ppr sleeper).

i disagree. i watched taylor in baltimore for his first years in the league and he is more of a speed guy not a "short yardage go-to guy" possesion reciever. that will be MRob.

Yeah I went ahead and grabbed Griese late. I'd be shocked if Grossman starts the whole season.

MRob might vulture some td's but not from anybody on the Vikings.

All I'll say about Mush is that it is now or never for him - he had some good years early, he had some injured years later, he cashed in a career year with a contract with the Bears, and he better convert on 130+ targets in his 12th year in the league if he expects to be on the roster next year.

Dude I am right there with you. Between a rookie and a vet, who do you think Brad Johnson is going to be more comfortable throwing to? Its true that Taylor isn't known far and wide as being a stud, but I think more importantly he isn't known for sucking far and wide either. He is in prime position to surprise people. Not saying he will do it for sure, I'm just saying hes in position, and I like to be in position to surprise people with my bench WRs.

I hear the same things about T Taylor every year, and yet he never lives up to the hype. He was in prime position last year to take over the #1 receiving slot, instead it was Koren Robinson who beat him out. The bottom line on this guy is that he's not that talented. I think that Williamson will emerge as the clear #1 here with M Robinson #2.

Yeah, and I hear the same thing each year about Todd Heap.

T2 is quite awesome in training camp practices though. Never drops anything, makes fantastic grabs, etc

Mush will be good with either Griese or Grossman. Muhammed has stated that part of the reason why he came to the Bears is he liked Grossmans gun slinging ability. Mush is Grossmans favorite target.

For all the guys that say preseason don't mean anything, it seems a little early to give up on a QB who has only started 8 games in his career. Personally I still think he has ability.

I agree that Griese is no elixir. But I do think Moosh can be quietly productive, but I couldn't see starting him at any point in a 10 team league.

But in my 16 teamer, I'd love to slot him as my WR2
