I had my normal Monday weigh in today after completing week 2 of Phase 2.
I lost 3 more pounds. Originally started at 164, now 139, more than 15% off.
I have now lost 5 pounds since upping my caloric intake and starting Insanity two weeks ago.
I am going to up my caloric intake again this week to see if I can find some sort of balance.
I am in a bit of a conundrum here. I need to slow the weight loss down but want to keep doing Insanity. I also don't want to eat too much in fear of once I stop Insanity of putting on weight quickly.

Damn man, you're killing it!

The changes in my body since I started Insanity are more subtle but much more cool than losing the original fatty weight.
Bad car accident as a teenager, chronic back issues followed, fixed my core and I've been great since. Was so motivated I even dabbled in personal training for a bit, still do a little bit but just on the side. It's all about the core.Google North Carolina Medicine Ball workout as well as Jared Allen's. Some combo of what they do works for me, just be sure to mix and match and don't do the same thing over and over again. There's enough stuff in those 2 workouts to create dozens of different core workouts for you.
