I've had this problem intermittently all year using their desktop site on PC.
I've found that hitting the app's refresh button and closing the app and restarting (sometimes multiple times) eventually irons it out.
The app can use some technical improvement in this regard for sure.
If you continue to have the problem, there is a forum related to issues -- would ping that thread as FBG staff usually are fairly responsive.

hey, you're lucky. last year it crapped out on me after week 4
