name a band and their greatest song (1 Viewer)

Chicago - 25 or 6 to 4
Rush - Spirit of Radio
Triumph - Magic Power
Yes - Roundabout
Boston - Rock & Roll Band
ELP - Karn Evil 9 - 1st Impression, Pt. 2
Peter Gabriel - Biko
Bad Company - Bad Company

Nice nominations ... I humbly submit:

Triumph - Fight the Good Fight

ELP - Still ... You Turn Me On

Peter Gabriel - Solsbury Hill

Bad Company - Shooting Star
Like the lyrics in Magic Power - Rik Emmett is underrated overall
I was going back and forth between Karn Evil 9 and Still...You Turn Me On. Felt for overall, KE9 shows off the whole band, not just Greg Lake.
Toss up on PG. Could have picked a bunch.
Don't know Bad Co. catalog that well. Just love the opening to Bad Company, and the story thru the lyrics.

Don't care for any of them, with the exception of Bruce. Jungleland.

My buddy has Dave singing on one of his records. I remember liking a song like Best of What's Around or something like that. But that's about it. A girl made me learn Satellite and Crash into Me. Still not a fan though he seems like a decent enough dude outside of the tourbus ####ting.

Jim Croce - I've Got a Name

Boston - More than a Feeling
There are tons of Croce songs that could be picked.

It's interesting about some of these songs, More Than a Feeling is a great song. Have an attachment to R&R Band, probably because I grew up in Boston, and it's fun to hear towns referenced that you know. Anything on 1st and 2nd album is fine. Just don't pick Amanda! ;)

Guns N Roses - Welcome to the Jungle
You could pick a song at random on AFD and it would likely be better than Welcome to the Jungle. That's just that album.
