Divide each player's total minutes by 82 to get the per-game minutes you'll be able to use them in the sim. You can probably round up. Then try to assemble a depth chart with 48 minutes at each position.

ETA: You said quick way, so you could just add up the total minutes for the 12 guys you want to roster and see if you can get close to 19,680 (82*48*5).

He averaged 4.5 REB and 3.9 AST and with a good DEF rating he'll still be useful.

I still think I can compete for a playoff spot because Budinger and Shved had nice second halves. I finally ran the numbers - I have about 1200 extra minutes at PF (room for one of Collison or Landry).
