Consider the amount of time SA plays each player (under 30 minutes per game/average) and the amount they play the bench while Miami relies on far fewer bench players, there is SOME merit to it.

Out of all the things they can review, how come that isn't one? The play is stopped at that point, seems like that should be reviewable. Maybe if it doesn't go in, it is harder to review since who knows about possession, but with a tip-in it is stupid to not review it. That is 2 points that could be huge and Miami should have 2 more.

Yeah, it's not perfect I guess...but if you're gonna call interference 100% of the time it's a dead ball situation so yeah, agreed that it should be reviewable.
