Lebron just seemed out of it in a daze. He's played well when angry in the past, but these few games he wasn't right. Maybe those rumors are true and the guy just isn't anywhere near the assassin Jordan was. He needs to realize between the lines the outside world doesn't exist.
It was bizzare. In the Celtics and Bulls series he was nothing short of dominant. I think the Mav's played a brilliant zone that really took Lebron out of his game.Lebron must look himself in the mirror and realize a few things.1) He has absolutly no mid range game. He must work hard this off-season as Dwayne Wade did after his rookie year to develop a consistent mid range jump shot. Lebron is either a 3 pointer or at the basket. He has nothing from 15-18 feet out and he must develop this to become a complete player. Dallas did a brilliant job in taking away the paint for the most part and regulate Lebron to beyond the arc a lot.2) Post game. When Dallas is able to stick a Jason Terry, Jason Kidd and even Berera at times on Lebron he must be able to dominate them in the block. Lebron has not one true post move or shot. He must work extremly hard to get a decent post game. If he does he will be unstopable. Great elite players truly understand working on their weakeness to come back and be even better. Jordan did it, Magic did it. Wade did it. Now at 26 years old Lebron must face reality and do everything he can to become even better. He did look lost, frustrated and just down right confused. Again the short comings in his game were on display in the Finals. When you can't hit medium ranged jumpers against a team like Dallas your in big trouble.Last night I was wondering out loud with my wife ( who is also a huge NBA/Heat junkie) why they did not get Bosh the ball a lot more. He was on fire last night and I felt was the Heat's best player on the floor last night. I am sure Chris was very frustrated.
