Why do people do that "that's game" thing when the lead is less than 10 with 3+ minutes remaining. First time watching the NBA?

Just though that series of events (offensive board after solid d leading to a 3) was going to put it away based on how the heat had been shooting. I think that made it 12. :shrug:
 
terrible coaching, Bulls blow all their timeouts, don't save any. So they are forced to have rebounders on the court when they need a 3 at the end. And they don't even put Noah or Boozer in while Heat making run at the end.

Lebron owns Rose.

 
Better watch some film Dirk.... The Heat defense will probably double team a lot, Terry or someone else better produce. I think the Mavs best weapon is the Terry and Dirk pick and roll. Can't leave Dirk anywhere while Terry could attack the rim or make a jumper

Heat effectively defending Bulls point guard with their power forward, and yet they have nobody to throw to in the post that could score. I'd be dejected too.

With that lineup, James is the PG. That was their Magic Johnson lineup. They still had two bigs and Miller in the game. If James can effectively guard the other team PG, who probably is the best in the league, then the next 5 years are gonna suck for none Heat fans.
 
Great play by James and Wade in the 4th. I wish the Bulls coulda played better vs. the Eastern Conference All-Star team, but it was a fun series to watch.

 
The Heat's 4th and 5th best players are Haslem and Miller. Haslem was injued most of the season and Miller was not 100% except for a few games in the middle of the season. If the Heat gets a better PG, they might fulfill Tim's prophecy a season later.

 
guys now that Noah has revealed to us he isnt nearly as great as guys thought he was, do the Bulls regret not getting Melo for Noah this past year?

Gotta say Rose and Melo would have been just as impossible to guard just like Lebron and Wade are

Other than Lebron>>Wade>>Rose=>MeloLebron and Wade are two of the best three players in the NBA (Howard), Rose and Melo are teetering on top 10 status.Noah had a bad series, but hes a better player than he showed. Plus I don't think that trade would have been easily pulled off, it wasn't just a Melo-Noah swap.

From the reports it would have happened if Bulls were interested but they said no.The Money would have been close enough to make it work
 
Angry/focused Lebron is kind of scary late in games here in the playoffs. I prefer this to the goofy/dancing/aloof Lebron in Cleveland. Kid is really growing up..

That said...Dallas in 5

Whose the old man?!Wade is probably 3-4 years younger than Terry with much more wear than Terry. Not so sure whose the "older" player, but Wade has a lot of tread on the tiresETA: and Wade is a better player. Thats the difference, not age

lebron tried the angry thing last year. he said it was playoff time and he was all business and the media gushed about how they hadnt seen him smile in weeks.
