*NBA THREAD* Abe will be missed (10 Viewers)

If OKC wants to ever win a championship they need a real coach. Brooks is just awful. The Thunder's offense consists of 90% isolation plays.
Isn't the trend when a team loses a series in the finals, the coach is fired unless it's someone like Pop or Jackson when he coached type calibur?

Agree. I mentioned SVG a few pages back for this job and the possible Indy job. Seems like he'd be an upgrade over either current coach IMO (but i'm a moron mostly).

He has spoken about "if" he coaches again on the radio quite a bit saying that ability to work with the owners/front office is more important to him than roster content. I figured OKC is a perfect mix of both...elite roster and from what little I know a good front office/ownership entity to work for. Is that the case?

Kinda makes sense why he'd be reluctant to work in Golden State.

Sam Presti isn't going to give up control

My favorite teams left are the Heat, Spurs, Wild, Clippers, Thunder, Pacers, Blazers, Wizards, and Nets. As long as one of those teams win I'll be pretty happy.

I root for my favorite players. I'm a big fan of Jon Sundvold, Avery Johnson, Michael Olowokandi, Kendrick Perkins, Rik Smits, Jerome Kersey, Gilbert Arenas, and......#### I can't think of a Net. I guess cross them off.

17-3 run in the last three minutes.

This is as crazy of a game as I remember. Wish they could play best of 17 games.

Worst officiated last 20 seconds I've ever seen in a playoff game. That's what you call refs handing a game to a team. NBA now has egg on its face and better issue one big ####### apology to LA for that.

My gut tells me that the refs saw the blatant foul that they missed on the play that led to the review, which is why they gave OKC the ball.

So, after they watch the last play and see the blatant foul they missed on Paul's drive do they award him 2 free throws post game?

Clippers didn't do themselves any favors on several possessions. The refs always suck, but a big choke job by LAC also.
