I don't see them getting much more for a center that is oft injured, and doesn't play any defense or rebound well. Plus he has a large salary for next year. I am asking, how many teams that are in the playoffs could use him?

I could see Miami, Milwaukee, Portland, Phoenix and OKC at least entertaining the idea. Sacramento, LAL, Denver (which has been rumored), and New Orleans won't make the playoffs but would also probably take a call from Brooklyn about it.

Miami - yes, but what would they give up?
Milwaukee - no, they have a nice young team and if they want to keep Knight they have to free up money for next year
Portland - maybe, but what do they have to give up that wouldn't hurt the core?
Phoenix - no, they already made a deal for a center in Hayward they aren't making another.
OKC - no, they don't do business that way and their defense is already bad enough
Sacramento - yes, only because they are insane. I heard they want a stretch 4 though and he doesn't fit that.
LAL - yes, but what do they have to give up?
Denver - I don't see why, they have Faried, and Nuskic
New Orleans - never, they have a nice rotation of big men already

You asked who could use him, not if they had the ideal set of pieces to trade for him.
Miami doesn't have much to offer, but they are reportedly interested.
Milwaukee needs a center with Sanders being a turd. I bet they could find a three team trade dumping Ilyasova to a third team. They also have plenty of room to resign Knight. (Lopez to the Bucks, Ilyasova to the Kings, Dudley, Derrick Williams and the Clipper 2017 1st rounder from the Bucks to the Nets - they could then flip Dudley for something else and dump Williams on the Sixers or something for a couple 2nd rounders)
Portland could offer the other Lopez, Robinson, and filler. They also have all their first rounders.
Phoenix has Len and Wright, but I don't think that would preclude them from a trade. They have the picks and salaries to make it work.
OKC is clearly interested and have Lamb, Jackson and Jones as prospects plus Perkin's fat salary. The couldn't trade a first rounder until 2017.
Sacramento want either a stretch 4 or somebody that can protect the rim, Lopez does that. The fit with Cousins might be a little funky but they both can hit short jumpers. Plus their owner is an idiot.
The Lakers have Houston's first rounder and some expiring contracts. This makes some sense to me.
Denver is reportedly interested, but the trade would probably include McGee. Faried wouldn't have any effect on the trade, but I think Nurkic should.
New Orleans might be a long shot, but I don't Asik is the long term solution for them.

Sacramento doesnt make any sense apart from the fact that you can't rule them out from making any crazy decision. Boogie is a better defender and those two can't play together. Sacramento has asked about Plumlee with D-Will added on as a tax for shedding salary, which makes a lot more sense for them.

That trade at least made some sense at the time. Carroll was highly regarded and the Warriors were pretty bad, they traded up using Parish who was good, not great at the time. The Warriors were trying to get better in the long run. Obviously that trade ended up being a huge mistake, but they were at least trying.
OKC traded Harden with no thought of improving the team, they were dumping him for salary concerns that were a full year from presenting themselves.

I think a big game for the Hawks tonight in Toronto. Even though the two losses to the Raptors were early on they still beat them pretty easily both times. Should be a good game.

Nope, there is no hope for this team until LeBron's attitude changes and there's no guessing when that will happen. Blatt is like problem five or six, tops, in this organization right now but he is going to be the fall guy. Him getting canned and LeBron magically beginning to try is the only potential solution (this year, anyway), but a part of me just wants this team to continue this downward spiral to see if this dolt will realize he is the main problem. Behind the guy who enables it all, Gilbert, anyway. This grown, mature LeBron is looking like what I feared, a marketing farce.

Not too surprising. Toronto has been playing pretty terribly since GS taught them a lesson. Couldn't make a 3 to save their life tonight and despite what Wilkens had to say, a lot of them we're looks they typically make. The Hawks run at the end of the 2nd Q just got them out of sorts. Some terrible unforced TOs in that stretch that just aren't typical.Didn't see that result coming - Hawks are just on fire. Derozan is a hell of a shooter but he didn't get much help tonight.
Bulls tomorrow night - hopefully they keep it up.
Hawks played great. Not sure if they play again but I hope they do. Toronto's two wins came when they were hot and the Hawks were not. Now the Hawks are on fire and Toronto is playing their worst ball of the season.
Hopefully this beat down inspires Ujiri to make some moves to plug the holes in the roster.

I pretty much hate everything about the Clippers. I'm also not a big fan of these isolation Lebron jumpers early in the clock. Kyrie is unconscious.

I was glad to see the Spurs put their starting lineup out on the court for a full game for the first time since last years Finals. SA and OKC may disrupt the top seeds once the playoffs start. Also, I have been unfairly critical of the East as they have some very good teams coming on strong. I don't think the gap is as wide as previously thought between the East and West conference.

I think it's true for the top 4-5 but the rest of the East is pretty bad and the bottom third is dreck.

They have played 41 games and 30 have been against the western conference. Being 25-16 with all of their various injury issues seems pretty good. They will get 17 eastern conference games in the second half, which should help.

12 in a row for the Hawks. Fantastic week going 4-0 with all 4 on the road and two back-to-backs. They are now 26-2 in their last 28 games - unreal!
They will have a short playoff run if they can't get Bogut healthy for the playoffs IMO.

He's a DPOY candidate when healthy. OKC went to the rim with impunity last night. The lack of interior defense will be a big problem in the west playoffs if he's out. (I see he's playing tonight so maybe they were just giving him a day off yesterday)

OKC is worse off than they are and had two of the best players in the league play out of their minds. Bogut is huge, but the Warriors are so strong in every other facet that I'll take them in seven. OKC's defense is much more of an issue than Bogut not playing 100%.

There's a really good chance he'll shoot a higher percentage from 3 than he will from 2.ETA - after looking at it I guess that's not that big a deal as he's done it several times in his career already.
