How would I calculate what to add for the points for first downs?

Long receptions over 20yrds?

Long receptions over 40yrds?

Long Runs over 20yrds?

Long Runs over 40yrds?

Long Passes over 50yrds?

There's no provision in DD/PD/VBD for points for long passes/runs/recpts unless it's a TD.

Well the first downs is the big one for me. So is there statistics out there somewhere about how frequently a reception ends in a first down? A rush ends in a first down?

Or how often a reception statistically ends in over 40 yards?
