Neslon political podcast tonight: Podcast posted inside (1 Viewer)

George Pataki, Lindsay Graham, Bobby Jindal, and Rick Santorum all are again on the GOP debate undercard. Should the venue for their pre-debate be moved to an interesting location like a blimp or an active volcano crater to make it more interesting?

Do you think the GOP has gained a significant number of young voters since Mr. Obama first took office? Do they need young voters to win the general election?

Prophetic

How does the GOP ever plan to win a presidential election when their base consists primarily of middle aged white dudes and old people?

Mr. Neslon, I'm a long-time listener, first time caller.

If the GOP candidates were in a cage match, instead of a debate, who would you pick to win, and why?

Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.

If you were left with only the three following candidates to pick from, who do you pull the lever for and why?

Donald "PT Barnum" Trump ®

Hillary "Millhouse" Clinton (D)

Jim "Killed a man in Reno just to watch him die" Webb (I)

Choose wisely.

If you were able to give one candidate on stage a truth serum, who would you give it to? What would you ask them?

If you were a presidential candidate, doing a live televised debate, and suddenly got emergency explosive diarrhea. How would you handle it?

We'll be recording another edition of the podcast tonight after the CNBC Republican Debate. Please ask whatever questions you want here about politics, the debate or the state of the union. I will answer them in the podcast and it will be posted about an hour or so after the debate ends. Thanks guys.
Im in Neslon, BC. Is this your birth town?

Mr Neslon,

First time, long time.

Ted Cruz said he's not the kind of guy to have a beer with. Would you have a beer with him and then let him drive you an an unsavory woman home?

will any of these brohans do anything to help the average blue collar american take it to the bank

why would willie nelson do a rebuplican review the willie i know comes and sings in madison to protest republicans brohan

Hi, Willie, it's me hags again. Really appreciate the time and effort you put in to your podcasts.

Willie, do you pronounce the names Don and Dawn differently? Thanks.

About a half hour left to get your questions in. Please keep the questions about politics, the candidates or the debate and please keep it clean because we have sponsors. I can't answer anything on the air that is R or X rated. Thanks guys.

My apologies, Willie.

How damaging is Trump's platform to the Republicans' chances in the general election? Will they refuse to don his platform for fear of losing the presidential election, or does this signal the dawn of a new era in GOP politics?

If a battle royal broke out on stage what's the order they get thrown off stage?

And if possible, compare each candidate to a wrestler. Example: Chris Christie is King Kong Bundy.

Why are the Republican candidates all a bunch of whining petulant children that do nothing but complain about the government and whine about the media while whoring themselves out for deep pocketed special interests in order to obtain jobs in the very government they supposedly despise?

Seems too rhetorical for this podcast IMO.

That applies to almost every candidate from the party that is challenging the current/outgoing administration and or party.

Yeah, you're right.

Willie, did you really smoke pot on the White House roof? Which of the current crop of Republicans smokes the most crop?

Daily Fantasy Football was brought up but only discussed a couple of minutes and chastised by the tubby guy. Do you think he lost money and that is why he is mad?

No, no, no. This is Neslon not Nelson, Neslon is known for his folksy humor and AM radio show in Topeka.

Sort of. The Republicans specifcally though seem to have really mastered the strawman of the so called liberal media to whip up their base supporters who are looking for scapegoats for all their problems. Also if they don't like a question the media is being so darn unfair. How is a commander in chief going to stand up to guys like Putin or the Ayotollahs when they can't even handle questions from the American media? So freaking weak.
