The New Year is upon us and I couldn't be more excited!

Every year I vow not to do or do certain things. I very rarely follow through with the promises I have made myself

Well, this year will be different. Here are my 7 of resolutions:

1. I will not pick up Chris Henry despite being a Chad Johnson owner. He is a punk and I will not deal with his antics.

2. I will play Larry Johnson and Frank Gore every week and will not let the Shark Pool convince me otherwise.

3. I wont listen to a word or promise by Mike Shannahan even if he swear by his mother on it.

4. I will pay attention to my girlfriend on Sundays and converse with her in a coherent and conscious manner. Which is to say, beyond the regular, "what's that? or "ya that sounds good" or "sure I'll be right there". I promise.

5. I will not defend Bill Belichek in the SP.

6. I wont follow Stattracker like I do my Scotttrade Ticker.

7. I will drink plenty of beer on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. This shouldn't be to difficult to keep good on.

Some may think this dumb, but it helped me pass the friday before the long Labor Day Weekend. The kids go back to school tuesday, but so did we! FF Season is here.....

i didn't realize fantasy owners had to deal with chris henry's antics too.

Going into this year's draft, I promised myself I would not draft and pick up on waivers a RB from Houston. I have done that the last 4 years and seem to be on Chron.com everyday of the football season checking the health of that RB. Dominick Davis, Jonathon Wells, Vernand Morency, Ahman Green....I can't even remember the others, but there are more.
