**NFC Divisional Round - Rams at Eagles** (-6, 42.5) 3:00 on NBC (3 Viewers)

Hurts just can not escape these fast DL guys. Seems to be close to his kryptonite, should have practiced more against Nolan Smith or something. He has to be better at that in the 2nd half or Eagles could be in trouble

He does hold the ball too long. Could have another 3-6 pts if he didnt take those sacks
But that last one they should have just run it again. Why try to throw. Thats on play calling

Rams are going to win this game. Hanging around too much. Philly keeps giving points away.

Philly is always close in the first half and then they grind teams out in the 2nd half.
Stafford has been extremely lucky so far. Both drives the Rams had points on had Stafford throw balls right to CBs. Feel like that luck tends to balance out.

Hurts hasn’t had a good half IMO.
To be fair, Brown catches that ball and scores, the conversation is totally different. But yeah, not handling the rush well at all.

Yep that play gets made and Philly is up 9 at half

Hurts biggest weakness is sometimes getting sloppy with ball in the pocket, he doesn't throw INTs, but he does fumble.
What’s funny is Wentz had a lot of these too and was crucified for it but those sake people are awfully quiet with it coming from Hurts. Even the media

He did score a TD

Its been ok. Took 2 bad sack
Uncharacteristic miscommunication where guys are just missing blocks. Can’t tell without seeing the All-22, but I bet Shula is scheming up some rushes to cause that confusion.

Dude is a really good DC

He’s struggled in the playoffs most of his career. Someone showed his playoff career stats but most of those numbers came in the SB appearance.

Hurts is better than Wentz ever was though. Wentz, while not immobile by any means, wasn't really a threat on the ground, and also seemed to rub teammates the wrong way, whereas Hurts seems pretty beloved by his teammates.

I would agree Wentz was/is a better player than his reputation and is still a high-end backup.

Exactly. Needs much better game awareness.
Been an issue his entire career. It’s what Saban benched him for at ‘Bama

I see what you did there.

This game is going exactly how all Eagles games go. Barring mistakes in the 2nd half, I expect they will take control.
the one difference that may change this is the injuries on defense. No Nakobe, and losing Q could be tougher for defense to clamp down. DL needs to continue getting pressure

He’s been gone like 20 years, man. Let it go.

Let it go…
My point is people are hypocrites. Either be consistent in that criticism besiecially media or you won’t be taken seriously

I know the rams pass rush is good but the eagles OL was supposed to be better than this
Best in the history of ever honestly
The Falcons had the #1 OL this year by PFF grade. Eagles were #2.
Oh ok. I was going by what I read in the eagles thread here
You were right the first time. The HOF is going to cryogenically freeze the heads of these guys and have them floating in a new centerpiece display in the lobby. It’ll be glorious.
