The 2nd and 1 throw call, was a very good call. Just missed the throw, but it would have been a 20+ gain if Wentz had hit JJ.

At some point, they are going to have to throw some intermediate routes at least. Vikings are already moving their safeties up.

So far, Dillon Gabriel's quick-trigger release has translated well to the pro game. Very much a point-guard style QB.

It was wild when so many people dogged them for that pick. He was everywhere at UCLA. Had future Pro bowl LB written all over him. Maybe it was a positional value argument where going DT, LB, RB top-3 picks isn't ideal, but if they are the best players, then they are the best players.

I wonder if it was the double whammy of trading the Hunter pick, and not taking a QB high, that just led to people hating on the draft. I thought it looked like the best class at the time.
