with all the cuts today and a few situations needing a few bodies when can teams officially put in a waiver claim and when are they awarded?

sometimes, not all, a player will visit a couple teams and try to make a choice out of it. Of course, in general, all the WW candidates may not have that kind of pull too so some "names" could be dragged out a little bit longer
