Harris has looked good in limited action and isn't exactly behind a superstar in Keith Ellison. What are the chances he can win a starting job and if he does what sort of potential do people see him having?

Some potential there to start, but no chance of being an every-down player. I wouldn't have him in my top 60 as a starter.
even if he wins the starting job at some point this year, he would probably need a Kawika Mitchell injury to become a 3-down LB. Worth keeping an eye on him, but he's a very deep sleeper at this point.
