Nick Martin - What's the deal? (1 Viewer)

1st time drafting a 3rd round LB? Its a crap shot and one that hits less than 50% of the time. Have patience, it could be a couple of seasons before he gets on the field

Oh no....there was that dbag in Miami. Channing Tindale? Then there was Sanders from Denver...the list goes on.

Remember Junior Colston, 3rd round LAC LB that EVERYBODY was tripping over themselves to draft, even reaching late 1st status. Kid hasn't touched the field yet

But wait Colson was going to take over because he played for Harbaugh at Michigan. He was going to run that defense because he was so familiar with it.

If this is real, then that's a mistake not requiring hind sight. A late #1 on a LB drafted in the 3rd round is just a bad decision.

Yeah, he's on my IR.

My mistake, wasn't a 1st in any of my leagues but saw him taken early 2nd in a couple. 1 even took him before Cooper, the hype was unreal.... who knows, maybe if he never got hurt.

Sounds like Bethune played well enough to replace Warner indefinitely but at least Martin is likely to be active now.

Although the way SF is cursed, he'll likely get his shot (and pick up his own injury?) sooner rather than later.
