Also from Rotoworld!!!(Rotoworld) Darrius Heyward-Bey is active for Sunday's game against the Bears, but told reporters before the game that his neck is still giving him "discomfort" after last week's scary injury.Analysis: Keep in mind that at least six of the Raiders' Week 12 inactives are injured, so they may have only kept Heyward-Bey on the game-day 46 because he has the potential to play. Heyward-Bey says he'll leave his playing time "up to the coaches." Though he'd theoretically be a strong fantasy start with both Denarius Moore (ankle) and Jacoby Ford (foot) inactive against the Bears, Heyward-Bey obviously carries a lot of risk because he's not 100 percent.Rotoworld =
