Obama To Announce Uncostitutional Amnesty (1 Viewer)

My wife and daughters think that my concerns about unilateral action are absurd. They're pleased as punch about this. My younger daughter put it very simply: "I don't think kids should be separated from their parents."

Better logic than a lot of what I've read here...
If their parents hadn't broken the law in the first place they would not be in such a situation. Whatever happened to "faithfully executing the office?"

Lawlessness and the will to power. Welcome to modern America. Progressives had better hope like hell a right-wing strongman never takes hold of the White House because everything they value could now be swept away with the stroke of a pen. Corporate taxes? Gone. Environmental Protection Agency? See ya. Obamacare? It's toast. Sow the wind and reap the whirlwind.

This would be another kick in ### to the working poor....they can look forward to another decade of wage stagnation...if they're lucky enough to keep their jobs...
Yes, you have been tireless in your support of the working poor in this country in this forum along with calling for an adoption of a "living wage" so they don't have to remain in poverty. Good to see your consistency on this issue.
I have consistently favored policies that spur economic growth which increases demand for labor which increases wages.
But not for raising the minimum wage, which is the help these people really need instead of your trickle down economics.
Yes, legislating prosperity always trumps real economic growth.

When he does make the announcement, though, he'll probably spell unconstitutional correctly, or at least go back and edit his FFA thread title later.

Obama is a joke after tomorrow. He already ruined the democrat party in the midterms, now he's just sealing his fate as a horrible president

So you liked him before the last month or so, but now you've changed your mind and this is your final evaluation?

I think it's a nifty new word. It means something that is constitutional and also cost effective at the same time. Get it? COSTitutional. Jim 11 should trademark this...
