HARVIN

GARCON

MEACHUM

(although its hard for me to consider these guys as non starters) So in that care i will list 3 more:

J.JONES

J.KNOX

DOUCET

Top 3 in what? Top 3 in redraft? Top 3 in dynasty? Top 3 in actual NFL talent? Top 3 in how suited they are for the WR3 role?

with all the different personnel packages NFL teams run now a days, I'm not sure it matters if you start or not. What matters is how much of the play book is dedicated towards maximize that players potential

I'm sure the writers of those depth charts would tell you they are just making educated guesses

I would probably squeeze Mike Thomas onto that second list. He had more receptions last year than any of the three listed have ever had in a season and more than Doucet's career total.

Matt Jones is getting a lot of praise in Cincy. As a former #1 WR and a great physical talent, he could put up some pretty impressive numbers if Palmer's arm is healthy.
