Happy for you USC guys. I don't mean this in a negative way but it's nice to see a program with limited fball and basketball success have a great run. Impressive fan base. 

 
Can't win going 0-14 from downtown in the 2nd half.  I think Florida overreacted to it too as I don't think they even attempted one in the last 8 minutes or so (other than the meaningless ones at the buzzer).  It's not like they were getting easy looks inside.

Congrats to SC.  Heck of a team.

Yeah, they kind of lost themselves towards the end - though I think the G had the right idea of driving to the hoop; he just couldn't make any of his lay ups. I like the way Florida plays, though - it's all out in front for them.

Yeah, it did seem like they decided they weren't even going to try threes. Most of the misses early in the half were on decent looks.

South Carolina also made us pay big time for lack of size inside.

Think the future is bright though with Mike White. Should have a good team again next year.

 
This SC team is impressive.  I do wonder how they lost 10 games.  Guess their offense is kicking in at the right time and running into teams (apart from Florida) who haven't seen this defense has really helped.  

 
Biggest winner of the tournament no matter what is Frank Martin. Guy came across as a lunatic all those years at KS, can't help but be happy for him now. Coaches with so much emotion. Huge uptick coming for USC recruiting.

Glad its the gamecocks not because I think they're an easier matchup (I don't), but because I want to root for them if the Zags lose.

You know, I did the same thing with about 5 minutes to go in the first half. I realized I hadn't changed into my shirt and quickly did so. 

We've been watching the games on the non-CBS stations because U-verse and Raycom are fighting. Today it's only on CBS, so I broke out the HD antenna and connected it. Wasn't going to try and go somewhere else to watch. 

 
I think UNC is better team, but good guards give UK a shot.  Keys to the game:

1) Rebound

2) Monk and Fox have to be Monk and Fox

3) MUST get something from the #4 position.  

4) Take care of the basketball.

5) REBOUND

Yep.  I hope Gonzaga wins it finally but don't mind if SC or Oregon win it either.  Hopefully the UNC/KY winner does not win another one.

probably picked minnesota to go all the way.  that's basically like not making any picks.

yea, a 1/2 seed is generally about as 'contrarian' as you need to go in medium sized pools imo.  I thought Zaga was a good pick because they have a decent argument as the best team in the tournament (sorry to that one dude who hates non power 5 teams) and people hesitate to pick them because they always seem to fall short.
