***Official 2018 FBG T-shirt Exchange - 2018 is Complete*** (1 Viewer)

Finally, it's a little blurry at first, but here is a picture of Hagmania's package

1 - All of it

2 - Pancake City shirt live from the 6-1-5

3 - Explanation of Pancake Pantry (Hags is fortunately already waiting in line, holding my spot).

4 - A token for a free beer at Fat Bottom Brewing (girls included)

5 - A description of all of the contents, in the most delicate of cursive.

6 - A insanely long, handwritten hyperlink.  I couldn't get there, though, so I think maybe there is a character off.  Hags, can you check it and re-write and re-send?

oh, wait, here it is: https://forums.footballguys.com/forum/topic/765104-the-hug-life-chroniclesred-dress-run-weekend-race-day-part-2-night-life-update-pg-49-82218/?do=findComment&comment=20889491

I honestly understand nothing about that video except the Saints jersey, but many of you are likely jealous that I am now the proud owner of

7 - The pigeon(?) prop!

8 - Shirt from McKay's Flea Market (I guess?)  Very cool, unique.

9 - A set of blank cards from local, historic Hatch Printery, along with crayons.  I will use these to write Hags 10 thank-you cards.

10 - Description of McKay's, because I messed up this order and wish it were all better, but imgur is being a #### and I am frustrated with it.

11 - SHEEP: THE BOARD GAME!   Well, I don't have the picture of the written instructions, but basically, make up 10 questions (which Hags would certainly deem inadequate) and each participant writes their answers on the enclosed notepads.

Thanks again! @hagmania

Appreciate the variety, specificity and novelty of everything.

These will be worn and used in good health, and I have a friend in Nashville who I have threatened to visit for years, so don't be surprised if it happens one day.

P.S. I forgot to mention the greatest part of all, the box in which it arrived!  Which I was able to re-use this morning to finally mail out my package, after stupidly recycling all the cardboard at the beginning of the week, despite knowing I needed one.

Always fun seeing what other people from the same city send. Never been to Pancake City, gonna have to check it out

I think maybe the place is actually called Pancake Pantry?
 Hah, you're correct.  I'll still have to check it out.  My go to breakfast place has been Holler & Dash. but could probably use a variety.

The T-Shirt Exchange Gods are trying to get you to visit Nashville, Larry.

Jesus, I just went back and checked, since I remember sending you a shirt a few years ago, and I've sent a shirt from the same damn burger place, 3 out of the last 5 years.  Maybe I DO need to start trying new places...

May be there next June while kids are at Space Camp. Had fun a couple years ago.

There are still a lot of folks who have not yet sent shirts, and the deadline is here.

If you are not going to send or shirt for whatever reason, please let me know so I can find a substitute. According to the spreadsheet, here are the folks who have not yet sent a shirt. If you are on this list and have sent one, please update the sheet in the OP.

There are 10 names on this list. This is very unnaceptable behavior for adult FGB's!

@Getzlaf15

@Johnny Bing

@Keerock

@nirad3

@orcinus

@otello

@Sandeman

@South Jersey

@Tackling Dummies

Bumping for GB kutta so he doesn't have to be the shamer.

NOTE - I based this on the spreadsheet so I cannot speak for the accuracy.

Finally.

Apologies, gents. Haven't been able to get on the forum since early July. Would not take my password, nor would it recognize my email to reset.

Had a package ready to go prior to vacation; however, I couldn't get my address and kept getting locked out whenever I'd try to log on. Will box everything up this evening and ship out first thing in the morning.

EDIT ... email address on file was one I haven't had access to in over ten years. Still not sure why the password wouldn't work, but I got everything updated so this won't happen again
Did you receive anything last Friday? :oldunsure:

:excited:

I can almost see the camp from my window. (Damn Hill and another building are in the way)
Going to have two kids there next summer (ouch $$$$$) but fun for them. Will be there in mid-June on both ends of the week, may go up to Nashville to kill time between. Maybe leave the oldest at a hotel so wife and I can go do Jack Daniels properly. We had two kids with us in 2017 (went to JD at your suggestion), but we couldn't do the tasting tour. :wall:

If you're into whiskey, check out Corsair Distillery in Nashville, it's pretty good.

Grabbing a shirt and a few other swag items tonight and the package will finally go out.  Been a wild few weeks here.  I suck.

We haven't done it but you might find the George dickel tour worthwhile.

Dicklel is awesome, and I really enjoyed the tour.  It's a much smaller, more intimate setting.  At Jack you can really see the production machine in process, and is going to be way more crowded.

I recommend both.

There was a box on my porch when I got back from vacation Sunday. I haven't opened it yet and seems only fair not to until my stuff has been shipped; however, it did find its way inside to the kitchen counter.

There may or may not be items that are best kept cold. :shrug: ;)

The Jack tour was fun, especially since my mother is a JD fanatic. We went on an extremely hot/humid day in July, so the mashing area was revolting (especially for the kids!), but the turn around the corner outside to the cavern where the spring water comes out was amazing! The water looks so clear, I thought it was fake! I was able to buy my mom a used 1/2 barrel for her garden. She loves it!

Like I said, they all will be going I to my regular rotation. I'm wearing the Rocky mountain High one right now.
Glad you like the shirts!

I stalked a few of your posts and saw that you would be okay with a mj shirt. That dispensary is downtown. On a recent staycation, the wife and I stopped there - the shirt was not all we got.

Saw (I think) in the beer thread that you mentioned a pale - thus the Eddyline. It's one of my favorites right now - very smooth and easy drinking. Won a couple of beer medals . . . in 2012. Get it really cold before drinking and enjoy the full pints.

Woody Creek Tavern is a famous/infamous bar outside of Aspen. Was a hangout of certain celebs at one point, including Hunter S. Thompson.

Comrade - local brewery. Among other things, they make an excellent jalapeno-infused lager.

Last shirt is from a brewery housed in an old school. They've got a great IPA.

Sorry to get all that to you late. Hope you enjoy.

The two large stouts are history. Gonna break into the 808 this weekend with my old man for college football watching.

sincerly appreciate your generosity gb  :banned: :thumbup:
as someone else posted earlier, i spent more time and thought for this than for most gifts to my family.  my wife was laughing at me, watching the care and attention to detail, especially in the packaging.

Oh hell yea that packaging job was top shelf stuff. That stuff was protected against nuclear attack.

Received a DOPE haul from my homie @-OZ-  2 sweet shirts, some beers, a couple Roll Tide cups, a NASA magnet that my kid already ran away with, a ballcap from St. Jude's and some other swag.  Thank you so much!  Pics coming...

Sorry for the delay in posted.  I was out of town for 2 weeks for work and then took the family out of the country on vacation for 2 weeks.
A month late, but here are the pics of my haul from @-OZ-   https://imgur.com/a/kAf29OQ

Was hoping to take better pics but the shirts are already in my rotation, the beers are already long gone, and the magnet (not pictured since my kid ran away with it when I opened the package) is hanging proudly on my fridge.

Thanks again, brother.  And thanks to @kutta for running this again!

Thanks!  Kids loved the pencils and lanyards and I'll bust the beers open soon!
@simsarge broke open a few of the beers tonight during a FBG staff draft and gonna wear the shirt tonight to go grab a couple more cold ones after picking up the last of the schwag i need for my shipment

thanks again!

I will be enjoying the beer for my one live draft tomorrow. Been sitting in the fridge since I got the package. Thanks again!

The package I sent was delivered this morning.  I realized after it was boxed up that I forgot to include a note, though I put my username in the return address...

Package dropped off at UPS store an hour ago and headed to the Northeast ... with no note.

A few of the items -- one in particular -- absolutely require a narrative of some sort, so I'll try and throw together a PM in the next day or so for my very patient friend.

Alright, we are getting to the bitter end. There are still some folks who have not yet sent something. I know some of them have posted that they plan to send soon, but the spreadsheet doesn't lie.

If your name is listed here, please respond by Friday to this thread with the status of your package.

If I don't see a reply by the end of the day Friday, I will assign your stalkee to another person.

If you can't have your package sent by the end of this weekend, I will assign your stalkee to another person.
