I've been in Knoxville on game days when they weren't good, and it was insane then. I don't know that the State of Tennessee survives this, no matter the outcome. We may end up with a gigantic lake where Knoxville currently is.

Rain shell with mid layer (hoodie, fleece, etc) over T shirt, IMO.
If your shell isn't legit water proof and the rain will be more than a steady mist/drizzle, it may soak through... add a body condom / disposable poncho over it. You won't get laid but you'll be dry.

SMU’s mascot has quite the history:
- Perhaps the most infamous incident involving Peruna is the football game where he killed the mascot of the Fordham Rams. During the game, the Fordham handlers led the Ram too close to the Mustang, and it was killed instantly with a kick to the head.
- Peruna is also noted for having spent the night in every one of SMU's Panhellanic Sorority houses, and traveling to New York with the Mustang Band, where he was given his own cab, his own elevator, and his own hotel suite.

How does the B1G manage bands in opposing stadiums? SEC mandates lower bowl corner seats…B12 let’s a school dictate (which led to Bama band not going to Texas).

This is my 4th time here and I’ve always seen the opponent have a band. Even Colorado.
There’s very few PSU fans here. I’m kinda shocked.

Hmmm…no clue why a school would choose not to bring the band if they have a spot…that’s one of the unique, great aspects of college football pageantry.
