The box and inside padding were top notch to begin with. The zip locked shirts and vacuum sealed brewskis were a whole 'nuther tier for anything I'd sent or received from anywhere ever and unheard of in the annals of T-shirt exchangedom.

What happened to your house? Hope all is well.

It's going to almost be brand new when done. Almost all the sub flooring put in today. Final flooring the next two days.

Had a fridge waster line leak. All I saw was four days (Thursday) of a small film of water (not even a puddle) next to fridge.

Plumbing company was scheduled to come out following Monday to do master bathroom full remodel after a small leak in showier head. (no damage at all) Just decided to remodel and they could do that and replace all the house 1972 pipes under house.

They arrive on Monday, and the small film of water leak..... he pulled the fridge out to a geyser. 99% of the water was going down the fridge water line hold into crawl space for four days. The other 1 percent saturated almost all the flooring in the house except the two bedrooms. The walls in hallways, entry way and kitchen were soaked four feet high and had to all be taken out, and they all had asbestos.

Almost ten weeks ago. All the cabinets, dishwasher, stove and sink were removed and just been put back in.

And everyone involved has stated they see this happen a lot. And that insurance might not cover much longer. No way am I ever hooking up a water line to the fridge again

HAHA. Now that I finally see the end date for all this (next seek), I booked 8 days in Vegas starting November 9th, for the Chainsaw poker series (all mixed tourneys) last night.

Before this all happened, I was traveling 2-3 weeks every month for a year after I retired. Ten weeks glued to the house is making me stabby.
