I got an email from Politico.com calling Missouri for Clinton.Tremendous Upside said:He's getting all his support from the populous St Louis and Kansas City counties, which were/are slower to come in with their votesRedRaiders said:He's really closed the gap there. I was wondering the same thingCould someone explain to me as succinctly as possible why Clinton does so much better with Latinos than Obama does?

Early voting.43k votes (10%) for Edwards so far in CA. oh COME ON!
Wouldn't shock me...But it is going to be razor thin either way and essentially a delegate wash...I got an email from Politico.com calling Missouri for Clinton.Tremendous Upside said:He's getting all his support from the populous St Louis and Kansas City counties, which were/are slower to come in with their votesRedRaiders said:He's really closed the gap there. KTHuckabee takes Georgia.Keep it coming, GOP.
Big Huck fan at this point. I love the comedy.Or maybe this should be unsettling. The "complete and utter dip####" vote in America could be much larger than previously imagined.Huckabee takes Georgia.Keep it coming, GOP.
That'a a good sign for Obama thenEarly voting.43k votes (10%) for Edwards so far in CA. oh COME ON!
Latinos, particularly first and second generation Latinos, are much more conservative than most people realize. Having grown up in AZ, they are very proud of the fact that they are a hard working people and for the most party very appreciative of the opportunity America has given them...they don't want any handouts, they just want to work and raise their family in a good environment, very family based. Also remember that they are strongly Catholic. Not very surprising to me, particularly when you look at how well GW did with this demographic in the last couple of elections.I was wondering the same thingCould someone explain to me as succinctly as possible why Clinton does so much better with Latinos than Obama does?

Fasttrack immigration reform in 1996 and 2000?Could someone explain to me as succinctly as possible why Clinton does so much better with Latinos than Obama does?
Well two things:1) Huck winning some states gives McCain the Repub nomination. So yes -- go GOP.2) The dip#### vote? Middle America and the South are voting overwhelmingly for Obama. So if your point is they are dip####s for voting for an uber-liberal -- well I could agree.Huckabee takes Georgia.Keep it coming, GOP.
"I helped gerrymander these districts, Wolf!"John King slavering over district apportionment statistics is kind of unsavory. There's such a thing as liking your craft a bit too much.

Nice pearl necklace.McCain on now. His wife - what's the deal with GOP/Stepford wives and that hairstyle?
Ummm..she's pretty hot. And she's loaded. So nice work, John.Nice pearl necklace.McCain on now. His wife - what's the deal with GOP/Stepford wives and that hairstyle?
I have a lot of contact with Latinos in the DC area (mostly in Maryland) and I can tell you that many Latinos around here, especially poor ones, are distrustful of blacks. I know it's not PC to say but I see and hear it time and again. I'm thinking Hillary benefits from this attitude. Also, declaring that "no woman is illegal" was a politically shrewd thing for her to say a few weeks ago. Of course, I think these same Latinos will vote in force for whomever the Democratic nominee is come November, regardless of color.Could someone explain to me as succinctly as possible why Clinton does so much better with Latinos than Obama does?
Because she's white and he's black. Given time Obama could change that but I'm not sure his message is getting to the community.Could someone explain to me as succinctly as possible why Clinton does so much better with Latinos than Obama does?
Cut to Obama speech, please.

LOL, McCain got bumped, at least on CNN.Cut to Obama speech, please.
I'd hit it.Nice pearl necklace.McCain on now. His wife - what's the deal with GOP/Stepford wives and that hairstyle?
That's true. Because nobody says nothing better than Obama.Cut to Obama speech, please.
So did Fox.BTW, guys, don't hit the tornados. It's a cheap, ugly shot to use to make points against Bush on the night it happens.LOL, McCain got bumped, at least on CNN.Cut to Obama speech, please.
You've said this about 50 times now. We get it.That's true. Because nobody says nothing better than Obama.Cut to Obama speech, please.
This is a campaign rally speech...this is not a debate...watch debates if you want detail. If you're as great a speaker as Obama, it's a great strategy not to say anything. Why say anything that could get you in trouble at all? The guy's gold.
The Reps have no shot...all the charisma is on the Dem side. This is kind of sad. McCain just whipped the field, and he's being blanked on both CNN and Fox in favor of Obama.
McCain's speech ended just as Obama's began. He didn't really get cut off. This is kind of sad. McCain just whipped the field, and he's being blanked on both CNN and Fox in favor of Obama.

I wouldn't say no charisma. I think she has about the same charisma as Romney or McCain. But it's true that not all the charisma is on the Democratic side. I think its clear that it's Obama and then there's everyone else on at least that count.None of which is to diminish the questions about Obama's experience or the fact he's liberal or apparently doesn't give detailed policy position papers at Super Tuesday campaign rallies or whatever real or perceived weaknesses he has.Hillary Clinton has no charismaThe Reps have no shot...all the charisma is on the Dem side. This is kind of sad. You've already explained how everyone but the coasts hate intellectuals. How could the Dems possibly win?The Reps have no shot...all the charisma is on the Dem side. This is kind of sad. McCain just whipped the field, and he's being blanked on both CNN and Fox in favor of Obama.![]()
