*** Official Barack Obama FBG campaign headquarters *** (2 Viewers)

Did Obama get a little choked up talking about the kid from Green Bay who died in Iraq? If so, thats a plus in the minds of many apparently.

MSNBC calling it now for OB.
CNN calling it also, and McCain sure seems to think that Obama is the Democratic nominee.
Big win in a very white, older voter, state.
Plus we are unedumacated!
Yeah I wasn't going to mention that.
we'um yokels did'id good eh!

Is Obama giving up on Ohio? Speaking in Texas and Clinton in Ohio, it seems to me that he's giving up on ohio...
The Ohio primary (like Texas) is weeks away. He mentioned Youngstown OH in the very beginning of his speech tonight in Houston as well. I'm sure he'll make it up there or something :lmao:

Of course. Is Ohio supposed to be important or something?
Just something to ponder about the Ohio ballot:
Dropout Giuliani still on ballot -- but spelled wrongTuesday, February 19, 2008 8:02 PMBy Barbara CarmenThe Columbus DispatchThe former mayor of New York City had wanted to spell his name “p-r-e-s-i-d-e-n-t,” but it won't even be spelled “Giuliani” on Franklin County's March 4 ballot.Someone at the Board of Elections noticed that Rudy Giuliani's last name is misspelled as “ Guiliani” on 290,000 paper ballots ordered two weeks ago. Reprinting them would have cost $81,200.“Since he pulled out of the election in time so that his votes won't be counted anyway, the Secretary of State told us basically, ‘No harm, no foul,'” said Ben Piscitelli, a spokesman for the Board of Elections. The board voted today not to spend the money for the corrections. Giuliani quit the national race Jan. 30, in time for a state deadline that pulled him out of the Ohio contest but too late to be pulled off the final ballot.
:lmao:

He's not giving up in Ohio. He'll probably be splitting his time between Texas and Ohio because he has a chance to put his foot on Hillary's throat, and all but end the race on the Democratic side.

Even though I'll probably vote for McCain in the general, I think I'm going to vote in the Democratic primary and vote for Obama. All the competitive races in Travis County are on that side, and he's a heck of a lot more appealing than Hillary.

I'm trying to broker a deal with my Republican wife. If she votes for Obama in the primary, I'll vote for McCain in the general. She's suspicious.

I think our deal is going to be a 2-0 vote for Obama in the primary and then staying home rather than wasting a 1-1 vote in the general.
