It's not about words. Can't wait to hear her speech. What is she going to say now????

Big win in a very white, older voter, state.CNN calling it also, and McCain sure seems to think that Obama is the Democratic nominee.MSNBC calling it now for OB.

I think he said that early voting started today. So, you can vote in Texas right now? How long ago could you vote as they could really help Clinton?
Hillary's group is probably not familiar with this Texas voting rule.I think he said that early voting started today. So, you can vote in Texas right now? How long ago could you vote as they could really help Clinton?
No, but my wife and I decided that there should be drinking game based on the number of times that McCain says "my friends" in a typical speech. Is there a word counter availalbe on the Internet of how many times Obama has said the word "change" tonight ?
Of course. Is Ohio supposed to be important or something? Is Obama giving up on Ohio? Speaking in Texas and Clinton in Ohio, it seems to me that he's giving up on ohio...
I think he snickered. Not sure how well that's going to go over.Did Obama get a little choked up talking about the kid from Green Bay who died in Iraq? If so, thats a plus in the minds of many apparently.
The Ohio primary (like Texas) is weeks away. He mentioned Youngstown OH in the very beginning of his speech tonight in Houston as well. I'm sure he'll make it up there or somethingIs Obama giving up on Ohio? Speaking in Texas and Clinton in Ohio, it seems to me that he's giving up on ohio...

"They can WHAT?!"Hillary's group is probably not familiar with this Texas voting rule.I think he said that early voting started today. So, you can vote in Texas right now? How long ago could you vote as they could really help Clinton?
Just something to ponder about the Ohio ballot:Of course. Is Ohio supposed to be important or something? Is Obama giving up on Ohio? Speaking in Texas and Clinton in Ohio, it seems to me that he's giving up on ohio...
Dropout Giuliani still on ballot -- but spelled wrongTuesday, February 19, 2008 8:02 PMBy Barbara CarmenThe Columbus DispatchThe former mayor of New York City had wanted to spell his name “p-r-e-s-i-d-e-n-t,” but it won't even be spelled “Giuliani” on Franklin County's March 4 ballot.Someone at the Board of Elections noticed that Rudy Giuliani's last name is misspelled as “ Guiliani” on 290,000 paper ballots ordered two weeks ago. Reprinting them would have cost $81,200.“Since he pulled out of the election in time so that his votes won't be counted anyway, the Secretary of State told us basically, ‘No harm, no foul,'” said Ben Piscitelli, a spokesman for the Board of Elections. The board voted today not to spend the money for the corrections. Giuliani quit the national race Jan. 30, in time for a state deadline that pulled him out of the Ohio contest but too late to be pulled off the final ballot.

He's not giving up in Ohio. He'll probably be splitting his time between Texas and Ohio because he has a chance to put his foot on Hillary's throat, and all but end the race on the Democratic side. The Ohio primary (like Texas) is weeks away. He mentioned Youngstown OH in the very beginning of his speech tonight in Houston as well. I'm sure he'll make it up there or somethingIs Obama giving up on Ohio? He's covering a fair amount of policy. This seems like one of his longer speeches.
I'm sure his speech was, um, well timed for that. You gotta love it how CNN cut Hillary's speech to cover Obama's.
"They can WHAT?!"Hillary's group is probably not familiar with this Texas voting rule.I think he said that early voting started today. So, you can vote in Texas right now? How long ago could you vote as they could really help Clinton?

It was today that it started. You still have to come back on election day for the caucus. So, you can vote in Texas right now? How long ago could you vote as they could really help Clinton?
It only takes twice.I've officially been watching too much primary coverage since I seem to have Obama's speech memorized.
Agreed. He should cut it short and head to bed.Good speech, but he sure looks tired.
That comes pretty close, though he does do a great job of delivering it, and people are buying into this.
He seems to be rambling. This seems like one of his longer speeches.
I'm trying to broker a deal with my Republican wife. If she votes for Obama in the primary, I'll vote for McCain in the general. She's suspicious.Even though I'll probably vote for McCain in the general, I think I'm going to vote in the Democratic primary and vote for Obama. All the competitive races in Travis County are on that side, and he's a heck of a lot more appealing than Hillary.
MSNBC stated that he was speaking extemporaneously. He seems to be rambling. This seems like one of his longer speeches.
No sex involved?I'm trying to broker a deal with my Republican wife. If she votes for Obama in the primary, I'll vote for McCain in the general. I think our deal is going to be a 2-0 vote for Obama in the primary and then staying home rather than wasting a 1-1 vote in the general.I'm trying to broker a deal with my Republican wife. If she votes for Obama in the primary, I'll vote for McCain in the general. She's suspicious.Even though I'll probably vote for McCain in the general, I think I'm going to vote in the Democratic primary and vote for Obama. Guess he's milking the free air time.He seems to be rambling. This seems like one of his longer speeches.
never would have guessed you'd have a conservative wife. does she know you're a hawasianjew?I'm trying to broker a deal with my Republican wife.
