andre williams looked good enough that i'm keen to see more. manuel looked poopy. watkins looked like a rookie. nassib has looked decent.

it's still the HOF game though. the only game more boring and with less to glean from is the pro bowl.

Ej Manuel pick looked like a reach when he was picked last year and continues to look like a reach. I know it was limited basis but with Manuel at the helm there is not much chance of buffalo winning more than 6 games. The sad part is buffalo actually has a lot of pieces on both sides of the ball. Manuel can't instill a bunch of optimism with Buffalo fans.

Some qbs have that it or even competent component. Manuel looks more of the Vince young and Ryan leaf fold than anything. Unfortunate really.

Shame on me, I must know nothing about football because I said such a thing, here comes the mocking and excuses that Watkins is the next Jerry Rice. Watkins should be able to leap tall buildings and score 80 yard TDs every play from how this forum seems to love him... but he is going to do quite the opposite.

Watkins is not going to be a stud or even really good. He is a Bill, he will be wasted for 4 years, congrats on buying that hype. Benjamin, Cooks and Matthews will be leaps and bounds more productive this season and in their careers, but people draft Watkins #1 overall. I also have said Watkins isnt even the best WR in this years draft.

Watkins was open 3 times and all 3 times Manuel missed him badly. Watkins was open by 2.5 steps on the long throw down the sideline. A good throw by Manuel would have been an easy 6 points. He was also open on a quick slant that got batted down and a sideline post that was thrown too late.

Graham was taken out of plays by being jammed at the line about 50% of the time last night, dropped one ball that hit him right in the hands and then was responsible for the INT in the endzone on the pass from Tuel.
