The flipside being that even with my ridiculous run here, I am only 3 games up.

Scoob hit it on the head though, as the key for me at least is get to the dance. Sure, its nice to get the division crown, but only marginally better as compared with getting into the playoffs, however you do. Still way early for any guarantees,though.

 
I could trade a relief pitcher for an upgrade at SS or C if anyone could afford to give up some offense and needs some pitching. Obviously, I would give you back a SS or Zc to replace the one you send.

20 in a row? Seriously?

I remember one sim I was near .500 with about 30 games left and fighting for the wild card . I ran off a 17 game win streak to get into the playoffs. That's the longest streak I remember. But for some reason I remember there being another one, I think....

 
Looking for a 2B defensive replacement. Could give back some innings, an OF like Carl Crawford or Desmond Jennings, crappy D but C eligible limited PA Steve Clevenger.

 
I just traded AI a SS too, just needs to get him in the lineup.

Also, looks like WIS messed with the running game. Steals seem way down across the league, including on my team where Billy Burns is set at aggressiveness 5 and has only even attempted 1 steal the whole year.

Probably dug myself too deep a hole to start the season, but at least everyone isn't always tired now. Batting the pitcher 6th has helped.

 
AI has shared his login info with me, so i will be managing that team from here on out.

Putting 1B Jose Abreu and Chris Davis on the block. Looking to acquire a similarly valued 3B, 2B, or SS for either of them.

eta: if sending a MIF, able to send some MIF ABs back your way.

actually, changed my mind on above post. AI had been playing Chris Davis at 3B, and he has been doing a passable job there. Will keep that going for now.

Chris Davis has 41 HR. Buster Posey is hitting .405

Manny Machado has 94 runs scored

...and Charlie Blackmon is leading the league in steals with 15, followed by Ben a Revere with 9 and Jose Altuve with 8.

Well, this should be interesting. Had to go back to hospital overnight suddenly yesterday and somehow I now have my closet set to start. This should #### my pen up for a good while, not to mention god knows what will happen in this upcoming game.

 
Getting pretty close to trade deadline and roster set. Think I know who will make the cut, but definitely have a couple decisions to make as there have been a few shuttles going.

Would love to trade Byron Buxton (A+/A , excellent range, its a high A) and his OF defense, and/or Carl Crawford (Avg offense but been doing very well in the sim) or Desmond Jennings, Steve Clevenger (serviceable PH, C eligibility, if not any D there).

Looking for either a defensive 2B (offense doesnt much matter) or to go from Shawn Kelley, RP to a better RP (kelleys raw stats are really solid, but hes disappointed a bit), or upgrade Bryon Morris RP or Luke Hochevar RP.

 
Looking at the normialization mumbers it seems the pitchers normalize to be a little worse than their actual stats, and the hitters normalize to be a little better. They aren't big changes but I guess when you put them together you get a big swing towards offense.

 
It's been pretty ridiculous IMO, I don't ever remember it being this crazy as far as offense being that much better than pitching across the board in BTTF. That coupled with the complete death of the run game, has WIS come out and said they tweaked the simulation settings?

 
At least 25 players with an OPS over 1.000, only 3 starters with an ERA under 3.00 Hell, only 20 starters with an ERA under 4.00.

As mentioned earlier, league leader in steals has 15. The first year we did this, I had over 100 with Michael Bourn. I have 1 SB as a team this year. :lol:

 
4 teams are on pace to break the team record for homeruns in a season; 4 others are on pace to miss it by less than 10.

 
One homer away from every position having at least 10 homers. Thanks Coors Field!!

EDIT: And Bench superstar Jake Smolinski with 10 homers in only 105 ABs. Shane Spencer like.
