***Official CFB NCG Thread: Ohio wins; Joe T shamed once again*** (2 Viewers)

Meyer is just 8th coach with 3 titles. Only Bear, Leahy and Saban have more.
I think he's better. Outside of possibly Pete Carroll's run at USC, I think Urban Meyer is the greatest coach in college football history.
:lmao:
Not going to dive into who's actually the best, but what Meyer has done is pretty damned impressive. EVERY school he goes to is immediately awesome. Whether it be a small school or big school. And he has a couple additional undefeated seasons on top of the national championships to boot.

If not for those early turnovers this could have been real ugly.
Maybe. And If Oregon had not made a few mistakes and stopped themselves in the first half, they might have taken a larger lead in the 1st half and this would have been an entirely different game.

If these teams played 10 times, I think Oregon would win 5 of them.

This game did not have the look of teams that would split evenly. tOSU wins at least 7 of 10.

Tim's lack of knowledge about college football?

I'm not sure Oregon would win 5 out of 100, much less 10.

Based on I don't think Oregon would be held to 20 points very often. That's the best offense in football this year. I think half of the time they get out to a big lead which takes away the Buckeye's running game. In those games we see a repeat of Oregon-Florida State. I get that tonight this is going to seem like a crazy opinion but that's what I think. Remember, I'm only saying they win half of the time.

I wanted Oregon too but wow had no idea Buckeyes were this good.

Pac12 is weak...like playing Baylor's ooc schedule every week.

Time to update my sig add Ohio State to the list. Just need Kentucky to win it in basketball and what a year this will have been first I win the RTS championship then the Bucks and if Kentucky pulls it off.......

Do you think OSU turns the ball over 4 times?

Yeah I agree, it's a crazy opinion.

No. But I also think Oregon isn't stopped within the 10 3 times either.

Look, the Buckeyes were clearly the better team tonight. There is no doubt. They deserve the National Championship. But it's one game and if you played a series, I think the results would be very close.

This will be my last post. I offered my honest opinion but I'm not trying to troll or anything. Again, congrats to all the Buckeyes fans.

That thing looks like Clifton's shtick sig.
