Not sure about that... It's a fair question.  I can say that the minority middle class is less disenfranchised, and that is really what I was talking about to begin with.

Who cares if it's normal? It's two consenting adults and their actions have absolutely zero bearing on you and your life. You hate it for the same reason you hate Muslims and Mexicans and blacks. They're not like you. Thank God your type is being quickly rendered voiceless in today's society. That's what this whole Trump movement has been about. One last chance at keeping minorities from thinking they're as awesome as the white male. It's no coincidence that the two most vocal Trump guys here are also big fans of the white supremacist websites.

I understand that quite well.  What you fail to understand is my point that in today's Left dominated PC correct culture, motive is an impossible metric to fairly integrate into the data.  I've already shown you a real life example of this, where a gang of black BLM thugs provoked and attacked a white man for no other reason than he was white and by himself, beating him almost to death.  Clear hate crime, right?  Wrong - not classified as a hate crime.  And why eould that be Tobias?  You think politics might be playing s told in that?  It kind of screws up the prevailing Narrative that racism is primarily a white phenomenon, doesn't it.

So in the absence of a fair accounting of motive in racial crimes, what are we left with?  Well, would seem to me a fairly reasonable metric to look at when assessing racial animus is the amount of violent crime being perpetrated.  The numbers are reliable.  There's no bias on the part of police - no profiling issue to sift through.  The violence occurred or it didn't occur, and the proof is pretty well apparent.

Is the motive always racial animus?  Who knows.  You tell me Tobias, why is black on white violence so much greater than the reverse?  You don't think any of that could relate to the deteriorating racial situation in the US, and the continued, omnipresent demonization of whites by politicians, media, and educational system?  You don't think that has any effect in creating a feeling of racial animus in blacks?  The crazy disparity in violence is due to what exactly?  More guns in the inner city?   :lol:

This is wrong. Your assumption that most crime between people of different races is motivated by racial animus is baseless and silly, and operating from that assumption is foolish.

As for the rest, I have no desire to enter into a complicated review of race and crime in America with someone who reads and approvingly cites the publications of white supremacists. It is sad that you buy into silly nonsense conspiracy theories about the "omnipresent demonization of whites" instead of bothering to understand factors like massive socioeconomic differences between the races and what caused those differences, discriminatory policing, and other elements that virtually every non-white-supremacist observer agrees are the main reasons for the disparities in crime rates. But there's no chance of persuading someone like you anyway, so I won't bother. You keep on pining for the 1950s, the rest of us will be just fine without you.

YOU chose to make it that way!  I made a harmless joke about "marginalized" white Christian middle class men. Someone replied with an anecdote about how in their experience white people are actually victimized by hate crimes, and I replied with FBI data on hate crimes. That would have been the end of it ... if you hadn't gone off with your white supremacist nonsense about how if Chicago only had white people in it crime would go down 90% and then demanded responses. This was the conversation you wanted.

You want me to treat you like an adult who is well-versed in the subject?  Sure, let's give it a try.

What are your thoughts on redlining and discriminatory lending practices and how they've contributed to the current socioeconomic disparity between blacks and whites?

How about discriminatory policing?  Have you read the DOJ Ferguson report?  Do you think that sort of racism is widespread or is that a special case?  Why?  And what about the practice outlined here where police departments target poor mostly black communities for small-time fines in order to fund their departments but as a result perpetuating the cycle of poverty and criminal behavior?

What about  mandatory minimums?  To what extent do you think the disparity in crime rates is a product of previous generations of African-Americans being unfairly targeted by mandatory minimums that until very recently punished drug crimes mostly committed by black people (crack cocaine possession/distribution eg) much more severely than similar or worse crimes committed by white people (powder cocaine possession/distribution eg)?

I look forward to reading your thoughtful responses.
