Burned a 2nd rounder on Titus Young, who hasn't fully practiced one single day of training camp.

Drank the late season 2010 kool-aid and was banking on Tebow this year - he's clearly headed for 2nd at best and possibly 3rd string.

Crabtree - if he looks like a bust, and smells like a bust, chances are, he's a bust

I'm so done with anything to do with the Shanahans. They went in last year and loaded up on old guys at RB like Portis (already there), Willie Parker, Larry Johnson. Gave up multiple picks for McNabb at QB.

By the end of the year all those RBs were gone, Grossman was starting and of course the team sucked.

And need I even mention the conditioning BS and the season long mess concerning Haynesworth?

OK, so fast forward a year. Now they have a QB "competition" between Blech and Gross-man. The RB was gonna be Torain (or Helu or Royster, 2 picks burned on those guys) all the way though the offseason, then BAM! they trade for a fumble machine the Cardinals couldn't wait to get rid of, AND MAKE HIM THEIR STARTER! This will make for some good comedy when Hightower puts it on the ground once a week.

I'm convinced Skeletor got his genius rep back in the day only because he had Alex Gibbs running the O-line and John Elway pulling wins out of his ###. These days Shanny just looks lost.

Oh, I forgot... I'm a Torain owner, hence the reason for posting. But I half-expected something to happen to his starting job, I just didn't know what. After all, it's Shanahanigans time!

feeling REAL good about that after draft of LeShoure

feeling even better when talk out of SD came out and hinted mathews would be the workhorse

then...

mathews so enthused about his 2011 surge to the top that he pulls a haynesworth and cant pass the opening physical conditioning test (lazy in offseason?)

LeShoure probable career cut short (cant think of a successful achilles return at RB position)

The (almost) exact same happened to me - finished terrible in 09, drafted Matthews #1 last year, was really banking on him this year. Drafted Mikel this year... ouch.
