****OFFICIAL DYNASTY TRADES**** (7 Viewers)

10 team half PPR

R Stevenson
Went for
Najee Harris, Quentin Johnston and a future 2nd round rookie pick

I could see any two of those for Rhamondre being just about right depending on situation, but all three is a hell of an overpay
I think it’s a bargain. 3 quarters for a dollar.

I’m an RS owner in 2x 16 team leagues and would reject an offer for those 2 plus the pick instantly. The value of the roster spot in the 2 for 1 is also a factor.

RS is a stud. No way I move him for that.

Only hesitation is if you think the qj breakout is real, but nothing about Najee or the 2nd would have me blinking

10 team standard PPR, start QRRWWTFFFKD

Give: Chris Olave, Jaleel McLaughlin
Get: Jameson Williams, 2025 Mid to late 1st

I’m loaded at WR(also have AJB, London, RRice, Flowers, Pittman) and not looking to compete this year bc the only decent RB I have is Walker and no depth. He wants Olave and I’m just throwing in McLaughlin bc he has Javonte.

Thoughts?

Is this a completed deal? Like, in the books? Or is it just an offer right now?

I asked because this is the completed trades thread. Asking what we think of offers and other stuff goes in the dynasty valuation thread. I say that because I see you're new here and I thought it sounded more like an offer.

I'll tell you anyway, but in the future, you'll get better responses there. I think I like your side, but I don't think you'll get an acceptance. It's way too heavily weighted with that first there. But it's nice work if you can get it!

No sweat. I also honestly don't think you'll get a first to go with that, either, but it never hurts to try (unless you piss the guy off by doing so).

Derrick Henry, Swift, Diontae Johnson

for

25 2nd (mid/early), 26 2nd, 27 2nd, 26 3rd, 27 3rd.

All the picks are mine bar the 25 2nd and my team is young and good so should all hopefully be late. I needed RB depth and want to compete this season.
Seems a fair price to compete.

Gimme the 1st + Jameson.

I like Olave, but that’s a crazy good value. Smash accept.

ETA: disregard. Thought this was a completed trade.

4 picks 2-3 years out? Definitely a move I’d make. Those are solid contributors (except Swift. I’d try to flip him, personally)

But Henry + DJ should be viable starters this year and who knows, maybe you get a couple out of Henry.

Where is this valuation thread? I can’t seem to find it.
I didn't see whatever conversation led to this comment, so I don't know for sure what you mean, but I'm guessing this:

14 team PPR 1.5 TE 1 QB (2nd trade I did this)

I gave up 1.07 and 1.14
for
1.03
Aha - wow. That’s a great move up to 1.03

Surprised 1.03 went for that. Shark move. I wonder if your last trade partner saw that and regretted not going after 1.03 themselves.

ETA: better make it count. You moved 3 players + 3 picks for that 1 pick. Lot of eggs into one basket.
Well I know who I am taking it is now up to the player to not fail me
Good trading. Rome or Bowers?
Apparently neither as Bowers is set to go at 2.

I am 100% Odunze over Nabers. We shall see.

Edit- to expound a bit, I have a similar feeling about this big three as I did about the 2020 big three.

Marvin and Lamb as sure things. Odunze and Jefferson as also being sure things that I am higher than consensus. Nabers and Jeudy being kind of weird dudes that I also can’t quite figure what I don’t like about their tape, but something doesn’t add up to me.

Good trades to position yourself though.
I like my Nabers pick at 1.03 over Rome for now.
I also like my Bowers at the 1.04 over Rome in a TEP league for now

Who knows by years end or 2 years or 4 years from now.

The guy who got Rome at 1.04 because I took Nabers at 1.03 him and I had a banter before the year about what these guys would do this year he told me that Rome would be way better than Nabers this year and probably next year while Giants are looking for a QB since Rome had his already. I told him Nabers was a 2nd/3rd round pick in redraft while Rome was more of a 7th/8th he said people were making a huge mistake in redraft.

Feeling good Louis

I took Nabers in a couple of redrafts. No ragrets. Wish I had some dynasty shares

I'm like 180 on my ownership of those WR's in redaft vs dynasty.

Absolutely loaded up on Nabers and Odunze in redraft, believe both are among my top 5 drafted WR's. Don't own either in dynasty.

I got MHJ on 37.5% of my dynasty teams, .04% of my redraft teams.

Was all about the prices for those WR's creating that disparity.

You don't play FFPC and maybe not TEP but in that format, if it was startup I'm probably taking Bowers over any of them, it's close and teram makeup would change things but another way of saying he'd be 1.1 in a vacuum in that format.

But afraid to say, and get it's silly to make any grand conclusions and this could all look stupid later, but if I was lining them up today it would be Bowers, Nabers and MHJ in tier one and Rome in tier two. That's not how I had it in May and probably won't be how I'll have it when we are talking about how we'd rank them after the season, just what it is today.

I'll play along. I play in one dynasty league where I drew the 1.05 and Odunze fell to me because somebody took Jonathan Brooks at 1.02 and Bowers went at 1.04. I then flipped Odunze, Jerome Ford, and the 3.05 for Nabers. Seems like I made out like a bandit so far, right? Except the 3.05 wound up being Braelon Allen and since my Pacheco and Walker are hurt, I'll be starting Cam Akers and Chuba Hubbard this week. Nice.

Still happy with the trade.

Just made this move. Start 1 QB

Team A Gives:

Rashee Rice, Brandin Cooks, Colby Parkinson, Jamaal Williams, 2025 2nd (2.9-2.12 range)

Team B gives:

Puka, Kyler, Tolbert

12 team 1QB

Henry & 25 4th/26 4th/27 4th

For

25 2nd/26 2nd/27 2nd

I’d be getting Henry. We do double headers and I’ve started 6-0. He’s looking to rebuild now. I’ve got a great starting lineup but lacking depth

Jackson/Carr/Levis/Penix

Kamara/Montgomery/Roschon/K Miller/Gus/a bunch of other fliers at RB

Jefferson/Waddle/Rice/Kupp/Amari/M Wilson/other depth and late round rookies

Schultz/Depth TE

Really need another hammer/option at RB

That feels cheap enough for Henry, not having to give up anything tangible off your roster.

FFPC standard rules:

Gave: Trey Benson and a projected 2025 late second

Got: Tyreek Hill

I like Benson's long term upside but I'm really deep at RB, really thin at WR and a contender.

CMC team calling it quits on this season for 1QB, non-TE premium. Current TEs: Kelce, Kincaid, Goedert, Kraft

I have two offers to unload a veteran TE:

Offer #1
Kelce
early 25 2nd -- 2.1 or 2.2 most likely

-for-

25 "mystery" 1st -- team is 1-2, probably less than 45% chance to make the playoffs, miss is probably a 1.4 to 1.6, anywhere from 1.7 to 1.12 if he gets in

Offer #2
Goedert -for- '25 2nd (probably mid-2nd per the above)

Do you gamble on Offer #1? Or take the more straight forward Offer #2? It seems to be a good year for very good if not great RBs. Hence, I like the idea of getting into good position for another mid-1st since RB is what I need to get back into contention in '25. Downside is the possibility of trading Kelce just to move up from 2.1 to 1.12, though that's extremely unlikely. Flipping the 2.2 for 1.7 is probably a more reasonable middle outcome.

Not involved or happy about this one:
12 Team PPR Devy (max 12 rostered)

Ollie Gordon II and 2025 1st probably very late
for
Brandon Aiyuk and 2025 2nd probably not a playoff team

That’s tricky.

I’d normally be on the Puka side, but that knee concerns me.

I’m probably still on the Puka side because I think Tolbert has a future, and Kyler is gonna eat.

Cooks is old, Parkinson will have lots of target competition soon enough, JaWill is pretty well done, and the pick isn’t anything to be excited about.

Hard to part with Rice, but this really looks like a 2 for 1, Kyren+Puka for Rice deal to me.

Easy call for Henry. Not sure why they had to give up those 4ths, but hey, bonus.

Thanks dude. I know everyone hates the whole "well here is my whole team" but man, I was down to starting Garret Wilson/Shaheed/Random Rams WR at my 3 WR spots (Kirk has been a ghost this year/Coleman and Shaheed each have a bagel game, only 3 game in). I got Richardson (yuck)/Burrow right now at QB and Kyler seems to be the most valuable guy. Got a very small window really with the way the team is constructed (Kittle/Kamara) with guys that might fall of any point. Took the swing to try to win the whole thing this year.

Took the swing to try to win the whole thing this year
I’m all about that.

For a couple years in dynasty I kept trying to build a pretty roster, obsessed with age, and never having enough to get over the top.

Last couple years I started dealing draft picks to folks who are still like I used to be and won a ship last year, and now have deep rosters in all 3 of my dynasty leagues for “win-now” windows in all 3.

You play to win the game.
—Dungy

in my TE Premium start 2 TE,
I play in this format and I hate it. It’s also a 16-team league, making it even more challenging.

What I hate the most is it’s SF, so if I’m starting 2 QB & 3 RB, at most I can start 3 WR. Most weeks I’d father start 2/3/4/1 TE.

Ah well. It is what it is.

Yeah dude! One thing I have really learned lately is "just deal the picks, go for the cash" you win one year, you play 5 for free for the most part. Stop this nonsensical hoarding of 1st round picks when you can just deal them to try to win.

I’d easily trade kelce and a high 2nd for a 1st with a shot at being high, probably even as a contender with little behind him

Just received an interesting offer in SF given the McCaffrey rumors:

I give:
Anthony Richardson
Jordan Mason (I don't have McCaffrey)
Nico Collins

I get:
Mayfield
Stafford
Olave
DeVonta Smith

I'm expecting to be a playoff team this year after taking over a total rebuild.

This would leave me pretty thin at RB (but it's not like I was counting on Mason long term) and pretty old at QB (but I do have Stroud and Penix still).

WR corps would then be: Odunze, Zay, Jayden Reed, Olave, Smith, JSN, Wan-Dale

Thoughts?
