Well, since I'm just getting started doing both I don't yet know how it affects my schedule. But I like to work and I like to build things so it isn't unusual for me to spend my free time working on side projects and things.how do you keep focused when juggling so many projects? Do you feel that each idea receives the attention they deserve with the amount of time you spend with them? If I remember correctly you are also juggling a new family in the mix. You must be working 60-80 hours per week...Update: I have big plans this year starting not one, but two new ventures in the next two weeks
1. Mailboxvalet.com. Email migration to google apps or office 365. This is complicated and scary for those that don't know how to move to email in the cloud. My last job we did these and didn't even market it as a service. For now I'll be doing this myself. Will start linked in and Adwords this week.
2. Niche reputation management platform. We are starting with physical therapists. Me and two software developers and web designers. We will be building sites and managing social media and doing reputation management.
I'm hoping to migrate 200 mailboxes and signup 20 marketing clients in 2015. If I do so then my income from these two will equal my day job, which I love and plan to keep.
Anyone else?
