This package from Santa Fe Springs was not the magazine and did not receive the magazine today. I appreciate all the communication and offerings that are probably above and beyond. Annoying when things out of your control take longer than they should with no good reason why.Not sure if it is the magazine but got an email via USPS that an order from stamps.com is expected Monday Aug 18th. The tracking history shows shipping label created in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Thank you. We've seen a few others that are showing Monday as well. Please let me know here if that day changes. Thanks.
I hope you're not sending it via the post officeI got mine today in Milwaukee, WI. I'm sending it up to my son at school for his upcoming draft.
Got mine today. Looks great, fun to have an actual magazine though this thing is more like a book really.Still waiting here in MichiganStill nothing here in Florida. Anyone else down here receive theirs?

Sorry to say that it might come to that ... still no sign of the magazine. And we're a lot closer than California.Apologies, Folks. If it's not there this week, feel free to use the refund link I sent in the email.
And it finally arrived today. I leave for Vegas tomorrow and am in a Main Event next Saturday and didn't want to bring my computer to the draft, so I'm glad it's hereI''ve been gone since last Thursday. Back In Boise today , from LA, and still no magazine. At this point I should get a refund. It's been like three weeks now?
I'm sorry this got so out of whack. Do you have any recourse with the delivery people on this? Not much you could have seen or done about this beforehand.Sorry folks. With no mail tomorrow it looks like Tuesday is the next day. Lots of people let me know their copy was in the mail yesterday. But for folks that want a refund, there are instructions in the email I sent. We're up to about $6,000 so far. Sigh. Learning experience. Apologies for the frustrations.

Not a lot you can do about the post office. But I would see if you could work something out with your printer. They bare some responsibility in this. Their initial 3-5 days estimation of delivery was ridiculous. They should've known better.Sorry folks. With no mail tomorrow it looks like Tuesday is the next day. I said that about two weeks ago and got rebuked for it.Still nothing in Orange County....this is getting comical...
know a lot of people are blaming the post office. But equal blame should go to the printer and their decision to use media mail. For the life of me I

Still nothing in Orange County.
Mine arrived today in central Florida. Our mail is sometimes a day off the informed delivery because our mail is delivered by contractors. This didn’t even show up on informed delivery. Going to flip through the mag today for fun
Joe, you forgot my golden ticket. :/.![]()
Apologies for saying comical.....wasn't toward you at all ...was toward the printer and USPS....you've gone above and beyond....no need for a refund....I am still anxious to see it....Still nothing in Orange County.
I'm sorry, GB.
Feel free to initiate the refund per the links I included in two of the email communications on this.
Apologies for the frustration.

Im sorry Joe. No one is laughing at the fact that you are taking a hit financially or even your reputation. I understand the gravity of your situation. And anyone can tell from your posts how proud you are of the magazine. But it was never directed at you.I said that about two weeks ago and got rebuked for it.
Rebuked? I think I said I didn't think it was comical or funny that we've had such a challenge with the magazines delivered.
We'll well over $6,000 now in refunds so it's been a costly learning experience for us as well. Some may find that comical I'm sure. I do not.

But I refuse to get upset that a fantasy football magazine (of all things) is 3 weeks late. Life's too short for that. So I'll chose to find the late delivery and the circumstances surrounding it . . . uh, comical.

Well you are on the wrong end of it than I am. Im delayed a couple weeks of reading material. You're out just a wee bit more. But you've done absolutely everything you could to rectify the situation. And then some. And then some more. Take pride in the exceptional customer service you've provided. Feel good about that. And in time you'll look back and have a chuckle or two over it.Im sorry Joe. Totally understand. Many are like you.
I just happen not to think it’s comical.
