Finally got my hands on an actual real life copy of the magazine.,

I can't wait to see what folks think of it. I had high hopes and it's about 20% better than I expected. It's definitley not the regular magazine you see on the stands.

No. Nothing changed. They went to press as scheduled and shipped as promised on 8/6.

Our mistake was we told people 3-5 business days for transit. Day #5 is today and lots of people have not yet received their copy as they're still in the USPS system.

I ordered my state hunting license online first week of July. Delivered by usps.
I never got it. I called customer service last week (license not post office) and they sent another I got it in like 4 days

The moral of the story is I hate usps
 
My credit card was charged on 7/7/25 but as of 8/13/25 I still haven't received my magazine. I really wish you would send the magazine to those who pre-paid rather then trying to sell them to others.

I apologize for the delay. Your magazine was sent on 8/6 as promised from the printer in Missouri. We told people it would be 3-5 business days for delivery and I was wrong there. USPS is taking longer than that and I apologize for the delay.
 
Thank you, everyone, for the kind words from the folks who have received the magazine.

And for those who still haven't received theirs, I apologize. And want to say thank you for your patience.

It's a kick in the gut thing here as we spent so much effort in making a great magazine. And I'm super happy with how they came out. But to disappoint so many people with the struggles we've had with USPS shipping has been a huge problem.

I'm just trying to work through the best we can and trying to figure out where things are.

I'm hearing some people are receiving notifications from either the Shopify app or also from USPS if they're signed up for their Informed Delivery service. Some people are saying the expected arrival date is 8/18.

Has anyone seen a notification like that? If so, can you please let me know in detail what it was and what it said?

Do you know that my magazine was shipped on 8/6 or just that some magazines were shipped on 8/6?

The printer confirmed they shipped all the pre-orders that were placed by mid July on 8/6.

I have not received any notice from USPS informed delivery related to this magazine My Shop app only shows my order and the order receipt. There is no indication it was ever shipped.

Same for me. No notification in USPS informed delivery and the My Shop app says "preparing shipment"

I don't have a Shopify app or the Informed Delivery Service. I pre-ordered on July 6, and I did get a notice from FBG on Aug. 7th saying it was shipped and on the way. I haven't received it yet, but USPS can be slow. I hope it comes before the 16th, because that is when your site charges me for the pro plan, and if by chance my magazine has a golden ticket in it, I would use the golden ticket.

I don't have a Shopify app or the Informed Delivery Service. I pre-ordered on July 6, and I did get a notice from FBG on Aug. 7th saying it was shipped and on the way. I haven't received it yet, but USPS can be slow. As I mentioned, it looks like some people are getting a notification from USPS and Shopify that it will deliver 8/18. If that's you, go ahead and let the renewal run for the PRO plan and if you win the Golden Ticket, we'll refund you for the PRO plan charge this year. Good luck!
 
If it wasn’t scanned as accepted in the usps system then media mail will move through without tracking until delivery . The shipping email was triggered on the printers end and mine said it was shipped on Tuesday the 5th. If it’s accurate it actually enters the next day. Now some businesses trigger the shipping notification early to game the system for various reasons.

1-So to sum up the Aug 5th ship date isn’t actually the ship date . It’s basically a notification to the PO that it’s ready for pickup or is being dropped off . By all appearances it seems it wasn’t officially accepted into the system so any tracking isn’t working right now until it actually arrives. I’m guessing Friday or Saturday will be delivery day

Or

2- it’s a lost pallet sitting in a distribution center that wasn’t scanned into the system

Or
3-the printer gamed the system by a few days , maybe there were behind etc and wanted to keep their customer happy

4-Joe and Co have been running a long con here and are finally making a score and are vamoosing with all the sweet magazine $$

I think it’s a combo of 1 & 3

Not sure if it is the magazine but got an email via USPS that an order from stamps.com is expected Monday Aug 18th. The tracking history shows shipping label created in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Thank you. We've seen a few others that are showing Monday as well. Please let me know here if that day changes. Thanks.

Media Mail generally isn't supposed to be used for comics and magazines, though, is it? I guess unless there's no advertisements in it.
