I even tweaked it down per Rude Dude's mention. Those aren't good players, they still suck in a league like this!!

You know, I had koya somehow logged in my head as a favorite. And as this thread keeps rolling on, so does my thinking that I must have made a mistake (Kovax?).

Wait, it could have been that Animal Death Draft that I decided to like him. I don't know. And I am not piling on here, but Koya, take a hint from the crowd, buddy.

Here's the deal:

YOU TALK TOO ####### MUCH DUDE!!!

Taurasi's Troopers Quarter Season Awards (45 games in, more than a quarter but waited to get through the pitching rotation, 9 starts each)MVP- Tris SpeakerObvious choice. He's hitting .353, plays a great left-field, and is my best run producer (50 RBI, 41 runs). Throw in the fact that he walks more than twice as often as he strikes out (25 to 11) and has added even more pop than I was expecting (16 doubles, 6 triples, and 8 hr's) and you have my quarter season MVP.Batting Title- Tris Speaker (.353)Sam Thompson is hitting .425 but only has 40 ab's.HR King- Ralph Kiner (12)Mickey in second with 11.Defensive Player- Mark Grace and Robin VenturaNo errors. Been happy w/ the defense over-all but these are my only 2 starters (they do get spelled against lefty pitching) yet to make an error.Cy Young- Fergie Jenkins5-2 w/ a 3.17 ERA. He's been by far my most consistant starter. Relief Pitcher/Fireman- Tug McGrawTough call here. The entire bullpen from Katt and Richard in long relief to Gossage and McGraw in the middle, to Nenn closing has been solid. Nenn has 13 saves, but McGraw has been our most consistant stopper. He's 2-1 w/ 2 saves in 19.1 innings. Opponents hit .205 against him and his control has been excellent. My first round pick is hitting .210 and has stuck out 51 times...

Nipsey beat me 4-0, 12-0, and 17-5In the blowout 3rd game, King Kelly's All Stars took a 4-0 lead into the 3rd inning and a 5-3 lead into the 6th. A 10 run 6th killed us, and it all started with a leadoff single by King Kelly, followed by a steal (his 20th of the season). That guy is just a terror on the basepaths and was knocked in from 2nd by Ozzie Smith. Then, the Nips batted around and the next time Kelly got up to bat, he smoked a double to left center, scoring Thome from 1st base. To rub it in, Dave Stieb hit a HR and took whatever was left of my reliever's confidence. My pitching staff gave up 5 HRs to 5 different players and 4 DBs to 4 different players. That is one loaded lineup (Ramirez, Juan Gone, Greenberg, and Thome can mash).Juan Gone had 7 RBIs and is now hitting .354 on the season. That team is going to do some damage in this league.

Well, here we go. My first PROTEST!!!Your delay in fixing your team is worse than Larry_boy's. At least for the sole reason of being one of the 16 "real" teams, he had a right to defend himself. This crappy team is here for nothing more than to fill one of WIS required 24 spots. While I think it's cool that a crappy team can pull out a win against a real team, the humor is lost when that crappy team is on a four game winning streak and has won 6 out of the last 10. Especially when numerous people have looked at the roster and concluded the team is not that bad.

Whoa Spock, slow down. I tweaked it after Rude Dude mentioned it, I removed half the bullpen ERA's that Rude Dude had a problem with. I'm not sure if you've looked at the waiver wire or not but often times there are not very many bad players on the waiver list that also have a reasonable number of ab's & inning's and that also aren't a duplicate player already in the league. This morning I got rid of Charlie Hough who is apparently another WIS oddity and replaced him with Aaron Sele. I also added a pretty poor Kevin Tapani season. Luckily today there were a couple crappy pitchers on the waiver wire for a change. I'm sorry Charlie Hough pitched a good game. He's gone.

That'll work. Can you also get rid of that 20 game winner with the sub 3.00 ERA.

Taurasi's Troopers 2 6 0 Cheater_Boy_44's team 3 5 0 Top 9: Taurasi's TroopersJohn Smoltz '03 is the new pitcher. Mickey Mantle hits a single. [1] Ralph Kiner hits a groundball single to RF. [13] Mark Grace strikes out. Robin Ventura lines out to 3B. Mickey Tettleton flies out to shallow LF. Taurasi's Troopers 2 8 0 Cheater_Boy_44's team 3 5 0 ### #### it. 1st and 3rd w/ nobody out. One of my best contact hitters strikes out, Ventura doesn't get the ball out of the infield and Tettleton (who should have been pinch hit for, ) doesn't bail them out.

The fact that this still isn't fixed is a heinous breach of rules and conduct.
if you would be able to read my posts you'd know that I CAN'T change it, they won't let me...they told me to tell my commissioner, which I did, and Cappy either hasn't contacted them yet or they haven't gotten back to him yet...

Cellar Dwellers 1  9

N.O. Blackened Voodoo 40

My team is pissed. Taking it out to the tune of a combined 65-1 against the Cellar Dwellers in the last two games.

CapA. Why is Quantrill still on Larry's teamandB. More importantly, why is he still using him, has he never heard of a thing called "REST"TIA

One thing's for sure, when we do our next league without Larry and Capella, there's no way I'm drafting Bob Feller. Guy walks at least 5 guys a game. Had 8 this afternoon. What's up with that?Lost a game a few days back when Ozzie Smith botched a pop-up nursing a one-run lead, with two out in the bottom of the ninth. Greatest fielding shortstop of all time botches a ####### pop up with the game on the line?!?! :loco:
