Kevin Brown 1994: 7-9, 4.82 ERA thank God the strike was there to save him.

If you compare their ERA+ for those seasons, it's not even close.Over his career, Wynn was strikingly average.

10 times he had seasons where he won 17 games..top-10 in ERA seven times, 11 times he was top-10 in Ks, tons of shutouts (21st all-time), tons of complete games..this guy wasn't very average.you can look at two seasons where his ERA got blown up..both early in his career, and both on dismal Washington teams.

I see several where he was below average:1942: 5.121948: 5.821949: 4.151953: 3.931957: 4.311958: 4.13adjusting for the league ERA (which was 3.77 over his career), Wynn rates out at 106 for ERA+ which is just slightly better than the mean. His best ERA season was 2.72. meh.i'll spot you the wins, but he wasn't all that great.

it was a Sheffield isn't gonna play in my OF either way, I only wanted him for 3rd base, and him and Santo were equal, so I picked the one that didn't absolutely suck in his 3rd year at WIS... lol
