I'm going to end up with nine pitchers. It looks to me like WIS requires ten pitchers (yep ... I broke down and joined with a second e-mail addy to prepare for the sim). So a few teams will probably have to make a few waiver moves to be compliant to the sim....(side note: Frank Howard gets screwed royally on WIS.com. He has three nice-average 40+ HR seasons, and none of them happen to be his third-highest salary season

guess i'm slow on the uptake today.good thing, btw. BP translates Spalding's stats to a modern-day 71-161, with an ERA of 5.72. they really hammer non-MLB stats, due to overall league inferiority, much like minor-league equivalents.
I have no problem doing this on the side....but the real sim should be just the 16 teams. It's different because it's not the league we started. You can throw in 50 other teams if you want, but unless it's just the original 16 (and dummy teams), the result will not be clean. We can not have hijackers winning the drafts of the threads they hijack. Sets an incredibly bad precedent for future drafts.No rehearsals. I'm a professional.
