I was asking about that new ice cream because I gained 10 pounds L2 weeks eating literally dozens of Snickers ice cream bars. I fasted and lost 4.8 pounds of it (whatever it was, a lot of water obviously) in the L3 days. I got some good fasting advice if you ever need it. And I know that dudes in here probably have advice on how to make weight before fights.

If you have an ice cream Jones I think Halo is a great alternative.  I agree with Lump, let it soften on the counter for a while, much better.  And then dish up 1/4 a container and only eat that much.  But if you do you're going low carb/low cal/relatively low sugar.  Way better than the pint of BJ's Tonight Dough that is currently calling my name from the freezer.

BTW, there's a pretty shi##y but fun twitter play on mlb double headers.  If the fave in both games is between -120 and -180, play the fave in game 1 for a unit.  If they win you're done.  If they lose double up on the fave in game 2.  Profit, then chug vodka and eat some Halo Top.  (But seriously, it's a fun strategy.)

ETA: I agree with you, it's basically sharp vs sharper but i think all sports markets are like that, they're not easy to beat.

But it seems like a higher ratio of WNBA bettors are sharp. Obviously there are a lot of sharp bettors for MLB/NBA/NFL, but there are also tons of dumb ones.

He eats pretty clean most of the time. Made weight by a pound without sucking a lot of water out of him either!
