**** Disclaimer- I have no business gambling on sports. I just hate money.

I know I'm mainly around here only during football season, but I've been particularly ghostly this year for more than just that. Figured now is as good a time to share as any with my wagerbuddies, if you hadn't seen it in my other "main" thread or on twitter.

I auditioned for and was cast to be a player in a D&D webseries. This combines actual, unscripted gameplay with live-action footage akin to Drunk History. You can find our investor concept trailer here. I'm the big hoss that plays soft-spoken-and-yet-impatient Jhinn the monk.  :D

Kevin the DM is pretty nervy in that trailer, but he grows into it very quickly after his scripted build-up. Kelsey who plays Blagdor the dwarf is a star in the making imo. The production quality stands head and shoulders above anything out there in the actual play market today, save maybe Critical Role. Here's some more footage put together regarding the auditioning process here.

Before I get shouted at for self-promotion or derailing, there is still a risk-reward offer on the table right now. As mentioned above, we are accepting investors - https://mastersofthebox.com/ has more information. I've already gambled on myself, naturally. ;)

I figure I'll fire up an actual thread for it eventually but things are still slow-going at this stage. Social media accounts are just starting out and the most we have for public consumption right now are those two videos and a host of production photos. I think Episodes 1 and 2 are officially in the can, and I don't mean trash if I have my filmspeak right. Watch for a thread for series premiere information.

All that said, since Matt Campbell took over the program at Iowa State in 2016, the Cyclones are 12-5-1 ATS in conference play, 6-2-1 at home and 2-0 vs Oklahoma.

Iowa State +18.5

Can we wager on something in all this text?

@hagmania   Followed on your SM accounts.. Good Luck!  If this doesn't work out you can always use those Social Media handles to create other kinds of movies involving "mastering the box"    :oldunsure:

I don't understand most of this, and I'm definitely not your target audience.  But it seems like with the rise of egaming and whatnot this could be a big deal.  Rooting for you homie.  Also, glad you're back for football season.

Since 2011 David Cutcliffe and Duke 18-5-1 ATS as the dog catching less than 8:
