Red Sox (+167)

Me NOT betting this would require me to think that Sevy is going to pitch well twice in a row, this time
against the Red Sox AND to think that there's a chance Boston is going to lose this series. I don't think
either. Too much value here not to play.

Good lines for game tonight, I got nothing  :sadbanana:

Peterson u58.5 is all I played

Gut feel...I think Brees is going to go nuts.  Peyton's the type of coach that will want him to shatter the record in prime time.  In addition to the yards, if he gets 4 TDs, he ties Brady for 3rd all time.

Washington runs for 137.7 yards per game, fifth-best in the league, and leads the league with 33 rushing attempts per game. Partly, that explains Washington’s ability to control the clock (33:31 time of possession, second-best in the league). And it helps explain the Saints’ need to keep Washington’s run game under control
Opposing teams 12-0-1 ATS L13 when they win the time of possession battle against the Saints. sdql

Hope they can re-sign Brantley and he doesn't chase money like others have. He's already made $38 million and will make a lot more. Big contract for him coming up.

Still only 31 years old

Redskins have 28 picks in their L28 games but they didn't get one in their last game so they're due.

Brees throws an interception -110

The opposing team has scored exactly three touchdowns in all four of Jay Gruden's games coming off the bye week.

NOR touchdowns scored exactly 3 +317

Need the Redskins to keep this close. Have the Saints -.5 as the last team on a teaser, but hedged it with Redskins +7. Win either way, but would love to hit the middle.

Skins have allowed a combined 31 points in the 3Q of their L12 games, and a combined 48 points in the 3Q of their L17 road games..

Saints 3rd Quarter Under 6½ +165

I can't believe it's been 9 years since Ingram won the heisman.  I was in the car driving home from my grandmas 80th birthday party when I heard on the radio that ingram won the heisman. I leaned over to my wife and said hey we just won $5000.

I can still picture the screenshot in my head of the wager placed at thegreek(+1200) and that super basic but efficient black background.

I wonder what I'll be doing when Sam Darnold wins ROY

Man props have gotten brutal since these lines have tightened up so much. Feel like the only
thing I have a chance on is RB reception overs and I didn't play them tonight, but they would
have lost tonight too.

"Great job hitting the Dodgers series at +200 Stu! I love the free money you frequently provide me. Do you have any other thoughts on the MLB playoffs?"

You're welcome! I've watched hundreds of hours of MLB this season and just knew the Braves couldn't hang with the Dodgers. In regards to the rest of the MLB playoff picture, I'm pretty surprised to see the Dodgers sitting at -145. My inclination is that they're going to beat the Brewers in this series but it's not going to be a cakewalk. I think there's value in betting either team to win in 6-7 games but without seeing the lines, it's hard to put the puzzle pieces together.

In a sense, I feel like the Brewers have gotten too hot, too early. 11 games in a row leading into the playoffs is a little ridiculous and unsustainable. I can see them running out of gas against a veteran Dodgers team (Dodgers won the season series 4-3). Either way, I can see either National League team getting absolutely fleeced in the World Series. I'd load up on some Red Sox / Astros to win it all and wait to see what happens with the Dodgers / Brewers. If the Brewers make the World Series, there's a fair chance they win it all. But betting against a team that's won 11 in a row isn't a hill I'm willing to die on.

Astros win the World Series, +210
Red Sox win the World Series, +300
Yankees win the World Series, +1500 (0.2 unit size, just a responsible hedge.)

Let's not act like it's impossible for the Yankees to win 2 in a row to advance. Hell, they've already stolen a game in Boston. Willing to throw away 20 cents for a larger hedge potential down the road.

At $100 a bet this gives you Astros ($100 to win $210, +$90 aggregate), Red Sox ($100 to win $300, +$180 aggregate), and Yankees ($20 to win $300, $100 aggregate). Any National League team is going to be the underdog in the actual World Series and the American League has home field advantage, so assuming a Game 1 win for the AL, there will be plenty of hedging opportunities (NL team would probably be 2-1 dogs at this point).

We're playing with $200 worth of Dodgers house money, so it doesn't make sense not to bet this pattern, imo. Path of least resistance.

@facook be careful on those Vegas streets my guy.
What a weekend to be in Vegas man.  Didn't even get to see the fight, because the place we had reserved screwed us.  Whatever.  Sat in the book and listened to updates from people around us.  We were at The Mirage, and probably 20 minutes after the riot broke out people started trickling into the hotel from the fight.  The stories were wild.  My favorite was the young couple we talked to who were huge Conor fans and traveled from the northeast to watch the fight live.  She said when Conor got choked out she started crying (THAT big a fan), and then the riot broke out and they ended up getting out of the actual arena onto the concourse on hands and knees as people yelled at each other and pushed and fought all around them.  Then they ran (her barefoot holding her heels) through the mob outside until they were pretty much clear of it.  Her makeup was a Picasso print.  Plus I heard Nevada's governor was there to witness the whole thing. Whoops.

Best part is I won as much on Khabib as my 3 buddies put together lost on Conor.  :banned:

Tuesday Pucks:

Jackets/Avs O5.5 (-115)
Nucks/Canes O6 (EV)
Sharks (-105)
Flames/Preds O5.5 (-120)
Jets PL (+150)
Leafs/Stars O6.5
Leafs (+110)

Not super excited to go against NV in the Sharks/Philly game after what happened the other day when I took the other side
with Vegas, but gotta try the better team (I think?) with the decent price. I'll tail the Leafs pick.

Kind of like the Nucks at +170, just trying to decide if I have the stones.

Oh, also we got our first taste of the Westgate Superbook.  That place is the ish.  Only place close is Venetian, but I like Westgate better.  I think because there's more local flavor.  And by local I mean, "Not fat white guys in their 40's, like me."  Way more interesting, and the screens and odds boards are gorgeous.

Isn't Westgate amazing? My daily routine for about 2-weeks was to walk from the Hooters hotel to the Westgate, stopping by the various sportsbooks on the way to see if there was any significant differences between odds. Westgate offers two free drinks with every $50 wagered, so if you're like me and you're doubling down on your bets. You're getting ####faced every day for free. Then, I'd uBer back to Hooters for $2.50 blackjack, lol.

Anywho, the screens are amazing. They've got about 20-30 booths to place your wagers and 10+ movie theatre sized screens. My only regret was going all-in on the Orlando Magic / Golden State Warriors UNDER, thus ending my Vegas adventure in traumatic fashion. NEVER, NEVER bet a Golden State Warriors under...

You wanna know how I know you're not a fat white guy in your 40's?  You're willing to walk from Hooters to the Westage.  That's a haul man.  By yesterday I was considering asking the airport guy on on the golf cart for a ride to my gate.

Also, no lie I thought about you in the Westgate.  During OU/Texas (winner winner, thank you very much) we had 3 or 4 guys behind us of an African American persuasion.  They talked very loud and over each other constantly.  Throughout the game one of young gentleman would yell "HollyWOOOOOD!!!! HollyWOOOOOD!!!!" every time Brown made a play.  At the end, after Texas took the lead, he even yelled at the screens, "WHERE HOLLYWOOD AT?!  PUT HOLLYWOOD BACK DEAH!"  You woulda loved it.
