*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (5 Viewers)

Anyone experience this with betonline?

trying to withdraw.  I keep sending them the documents they requested. They keep claiming they haven't received it. I’ve sent it at least 4 times in the last two weeks. Seems like a broken record

I think Cubs need to plate 3 to win with late-season Hendricks. Look like $ on Cubs and under too.

Cubs 107
Mets F5 u2 -135
Mets F5 u1½ +110

Dropped out of all but 1 fantasy league this year.  Going to put that money into Draftkings.  I have not followed this thread much but am going to start.  Any advice for an NFL Draftkings rookie?

Single entry double ups have a cutline that is about 5 pts lower on average because they don’t have 50 copies from each pro in them. Unless you’re playing $500 or more in double ups per week there is no reason to ever enter one that isn’t single entry. Lineup optimizer helps build double up lineups

If you play GPP, study Steve Buzzards ownership projections. You need to be playing at least 2-3 low owned guys in each lineup to win anything. Probably obvious but correlate you’re QB.  I like QB/WR/WR with opposing WR but really any combination you like is better than unrelated players in GPPs.

Fading head coaches that have sucked as the favorite, you could do worse than backing these dogs the next few days:

Tulsa
Toledo
Sam Houston

Thanks... I think I'm going to play a bunch of double-ups to start.  I'll make sure to stick to single entry.

We are unbelievably fortunate to have him as our starting quarterback and our leader. He sets the standard at our practices ... The amount of time and effort that he spends in studying the opponent. You couldn't ask for a quarterback to do any more. - Butch Davis on his James Morgan
He has had a little time to study Tulane (all summer?). Going back to his sophomore season at BG, Morgan 5-1 SU and 6-0 ATS L6 away (avg line +3). He and Butch covered every road game last year.. Tulane does well versus 1AA, but versus 1A.. not so much. Davis already got the straight up dog win hosting Fritz and Tulane (-11) back in 2017. I like the way it's lined. I think FIU will need 13+ points and to keep it within 2 points at the half to win it straight up and hit that full game team total as well. They've had a hard time coming back from anything larger than a 2-point deficit at the half.. and even if it only sees like 17 combined in the 1H I still think it has a shot at the full-game over, so maybe a halftime play on the total.

FIU +130
FIU o27½ -110
FIU 1H o13 -115
FIU 1H +2½ -102

I have a lot of chalk on my week one card bet andparlayed into over the last 4-6 weeks. i like both UCLA and FIU outright as slight Dogs, but true one I keep coming back to is Toledo.  I think they might win outright. FSU, Sparty, ok st, Georgia, Va Tech, Mizzou, LSU and USC are the chalk side of my card.
Hey man. It's here. Football season is here! What do you think about these dogs:

The head coaches they're facing are not very good at covering the spread, especially as favorites.

With roughly 40 hours to go, Kentucky’s season opener vs. Toledo is not sold out; in fact, according to the Ticketmaster map, there are still thousands of seats up for grabs. Coming off a ten-win season, Mark Stoops admitted he’s disappointed the stadium won’t be full when his team takes the field on Saturday. "I'm a little disappointed in that to be honest with you," Stoops told reporters after practice tonight. "Coming off ten wins, these guys have worked extremely hard and we need the support out there. It makes a difference. We're all trying to build this program."
They amended Stoops' contract yesterday. They upped his salary by $500k per year in each of the six remaining years on his current deal. That boost replaced a clause that awarded him $250k per win starting with the seventh win in a season. He still gets that bonus, but it doesn't kick in until his 9th win. But, per the terms of his previous deal, Stoops' contract is automatically extended by one year each time Kentucky wins seven games. It's interesting because Kentucky total wins over 6½ is selling for -130 right now.

Anyway, I like Toledo ATS because even though Stoops is 24-4 when Kentucky is favored to win, they only covered 10 of those 28 games. And the last time he covered as the home favorite was October 8, 2016. Stoops and them 0-10 ATS L10 as the home favorite, with the cherry on top being the "thousands of seats up for grabs" yet to be sold. Doesn't necessarily scream home-field advantage.

Love the discussion, TF, though I have to put more thought into the theory.  Right now we'd be looking at (including spread just to show less than 6 currently):

Ucla (+3) at Cinci

FIU (+2.5) at Tulane

Utah St (+3.5) at Wake

SMU (+3) at Ark St.

Badgers haven’t played a regular-season game in Florida in more than 30 years.

Last time Wisconsin opened their season on the road was 2010.

The unders in this Holy War were staring me in the face. All of them: 1H team totals, 1H totals, full-game totals.. seemed too easy. Didn't pull the trigger because it seemed like such a gimme

I’ve always just used blockchain wallet as the intermediary
So... recently I went coinmama -> blockchain -> 5d and then got emailed one of these exact messages. Looks like a simple intermediary is super trackable. And that's all we've been doing. From that thread:

What wallets did you bounce through? Were you using HD wallets? Wasabi or Samourai Wallets? Simply pushing transactions through regular addresses won't suffice. You need to use privacy centric wallets like Wasabi or Samourai. If you're not interested in using these wallets, you need to use an HD wallet at the very least.
I don't even know what a Samourai, Wasabi, or HD wallet is..
:ninja: :whoosh:

I've always used blockchain as well, I've even done a few direct from book->gemini, never used coinmama

Admittedly I'm very conservative with moving money around, I try not to leave blockchain unless that money is going to my bank account for good.

I tried the Wasabi desktop wallet. If you ever need an anonymous intermediary I guess that's it. You generate your own wallet, fund it, and then do a thing called Coin Join: a trustless method for combining multiple Bitcoin payments from multiple spenders into a single transaction to make it more difficult for outside parties to determine which spender paid which recipient or recipients. Then you get the "clean" bitcoin back and send it wherever you want to.. I feel like Sandra Bullock in The Net right now :oldunsure: Freaky.

Charlie Strong started out strong (so to speak) winning 17 of his first 19 games as HC of the Bulls, before losing the L6 games of 2018 by a combined margin of 115 points. That's a hell of a way to end a season. Meanwhile, Wisconsin is opening the season in unfamiliar territory for them. Their head coach has never opened the season in a true road game. I'm gonna gamble and say that Strong is overdue, and he gets back into the win column while the home field advantage/Florida climate effs with the Badgers physically.

South Florida +340

755 start time. Players aren't even on the field, yet someone really liked that hook at Pinny. That's weird. Either someone bought a bunch of it or it's a last-minute pump fake (that failed, due to lightning delay) trying to get contrarians to take the +10..
