*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (3 Viewers)

Me not betting NO/PDX over 239.5 is pretty much a bet on the under, minus the balls.

So I expect credit when it lands 235 total.

Minnesota Wild +135 - Two great teams. Minnesota has won 5 straight, Colorado has won 4 straight. They have almost identical season records (Minnesota is one point ahead in same number of games). They are identical in their last 10 (7-2-1). They amazingly have the exact same goal totals/differential for the year (86 for, 64 against, +22). Both will start a strong goalie on plenty of rest.

These teams are even. Colorado gets a boost for home ice but it's sure as hell not enough to be +135. I'll take the Wild as an underdog any chance I can but at +135 it's a no brainer value bet for a game that I put at 50/50 or 53/47 or so Avs with the home ice factor.
Maybe Colorado is better

My God.  It's a blood bath.

Gonzaga -33 vs. Norfolk State

I think the Zags are going to want to send a message to the rest of the teams right away that this is their year.

OHio +8

Col -2.5 (1H)

Col 1h Under 63 ( I guess we hit these until they buck us...)
I played Col, UCSB, Mich, Mizzou, Ohio, Uconn, Drake, and UNCG 1H unders.  The ones I didn't were because I like the overs in those games or some such.

Also really like Drake full game under (I got 137.5, but still like it at 134).

I suspect that will be 7-9 to 9-7 today.  There will be some reaction by the books as people play them Today.  If anything, I would play the first game at each arena 1H under as it’s noon-1PM.

anyhoo, played Ohio +7.5, UCSB +7.5, USC -6, Mizos -1.5.

This first one is going to fly over.

The only ones to follow on VSIN for college hoops is Greg Marshall (owner of Gold Sheet), Matt Youmanns (basically any sport, LV Review-Journal writer), and Greg Peterson.  Peterson actually called for the Oral Roberts SU win yesterday.  If you want his take on hoops, his podcast Hoopin with Hoops is up your alley - https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/hoopin-with-hoops-the-college-basketball-betting-show/id1445934522
Bruce Marshall has been mostly terrible this year.  Youmanns is no better than you or me, and Peterson literally bets every game.  His call of Oral was great but his overall record this year of posted plays in their newsletter is 278-259-5 as of yesterday.  51%.

I am entertained by the channel but don't listen to tail anyone's plays.  When they are all on one side, however, it's a clear fade signal.

One could never bet every Peterson play.  I try to pluck some team totals off of his info whenever possible.

Your wife could hit 51% and not have to bet on 537 games to get there. Yikes -
