All in good fun. None of us are professional gamblers. The only difference between any of us is that some of us lose less money than the others.
I don't think I've received a W-2G in almost a decade. The real way to "win" gambling is to line shop and get the best numbers by having multiple books, steam betting, etc. Good Posting Judge had a formula he used to beat O/U on K props.
But all that stuff sounds like work to me and if I wanted a second job, I would get one.

That is tough. I mean, both QBs in Hou/Ari are playing out of their minds. I'd lean towards Falcons at home and Bengals to "get right" against Arizona but would rather take Bengals ML as that could be a win but not cover game.
I am 100% on board with Rams +4.5. Eagles are 4-0. They are not going 16-0. They will lose to somebody and an EAST COAST TEAM travelling to the WEST COAST is one of my favorite fades.
Eagles pass defense has been a sieve all year, I think Rams can win outright. I think that one is less square than the other two picks, as there will be plenty of people willing to bet Eagles -4.5. It's a great line for Vegas, too good to be true. "Only' 4.5 points? The public bettors say.
Some people would rather drop dead than bet an underdog. Which is weird because half the battle is having the balls to pinch your nose and take stinky lines that make no sense.
With that said, my favorite play this weekend is Dallas ML, +154. Solely based on the comments in this game thread:

Right now about 65% of money is on the 49ers. With SNF being the most bet game of the week, sans MNF, Vegas would lose in excess of hundreds of millions of dollars if the 49ers covered. I'm riding with Vegas and the 35%.
The reason I like ML for Dallas so much is because 49ers ML being the last game on Sunday and Vegas will be happy to slam the car door on their hands with a Dallas upset.
Should the 49ers somehow cover in primetime, Vegas would be out for blood on MNF to get that money back. I just don't see San Fran going 4-1 ATS to start the season being such a public favorite to bet on.
But yes, it would appear Purdy will struggle against one of the best defenses in the league. Cowgirls will probably get all the flags to get the outcome they need, imo.

Well, I just made your job a little bit harder. One less property on the market. Bought me one of them mountains that backs up from Tennessee into Virginia. If you need me, you can find me - catching crawfish out of Panther Creek off the PAVED road about an hour west of Bristol. An old tobacco farm with not much left, except you can see where the barn used to be. Brush, moss, forest and hollers, with wild rose bushes. Creek at the bottom. Twenty acres. Goes on up into Virginia with an easement across the state line. Spent all week maxing out ATMs. Delivered a grand in 20s to the title company today. Told the owner: No strings attached and we could close as soon as the title policy is ready. He said yes. No counter offer. Wasn't what he wanted but he didn't want to lose me after 60 days on. Headed back to Austin to wire the rest on Monday.

I think you can still get value on him to score a TD. Mahomes will end up throwing like 40 and he's the only non diminutive WR on the roster.
2nd best RZ receiving threat besides Kelce. You can bet on his yards, sure, and maybe win a -110 bet. But you want the Rice scores 2TD for, +2500.
