“Former Formula One driver Logan Sargeant will get his first NTT INDYCAR SERIES experience by testing for Meyer Shank Racing on Nov. 19 at The Thermal Club.

Sargeant, 23, will drive an MSR Honda around the 17-turn, 3.067-mile road course in Thermal, California.”

Nothing there for him to hit :oldunsure:

Page 2 bump for COTA this weekend. It's been so long I forgot who's racing.

On the MotoGP front, this weekend is Australia at the spectacular Phillip Island circuit. The races are conveniently scheduled for USA viewers on Friday and Saturday night.

Wow Russel saved Lando's pole, Max was flying before the yellow

Russell's crash caught Perez out after Checo's first Q3 hotlap was thrown out. He probably lost 3-4 grid positions due to the yellow flag. He'll now have to get past Alonso and Magnussen quickly to have any shot tomorrow but those are two of the toughest guys to pass.

Very impressed by Colapinto today. He scored a point, beat Albon and blew off Martin Brundle during his grid walk.

ETA: Lawson too. He did everything he could to build his case to be Max's next teammate.

Why in the world didn't McLaren have Piastri b
Pit to get the fastest lap point? - he had a 32 second margin on Russell which you think they would take for the constructor's battle.

Anyway glad they didn't. Don't want that team winning anything

Mexico City Grand Prix this weekend. I know I complain about tracks a lot but this one is bottom tier for me. Good atmosphere (fans not the smog) but not much else going on. At least there's intrigue at the top with any of four teams possible to be fastest. Loads of youngsters are doing FP1 tomorrow including Antonelli, Bearman and Pato O'Ward.

MotoGP moves on to Thailand. The finish of last years grand prix wasn't as great as that Brands Hatch clip I posted a few weeks ago but it's still a lot closer than F1.

I still like the stadium bit - sure its just a small section - but it looks cool!

Take away the seats and all you have is a crappy little first gear chicane with very little overtaking because the DRS detection point is at the exit of the right hander.

I know it's not safe to run the Peraltada anymore but this is what was lost.
