I think cooperating means cooperating with the government, not with Judicial Watch.
Yeah that was a joke. Though at this point, it's not as though she can claim she is under investigation or entitled to 5th Amendment protections, and perhaps 4-5 of her aides were deposed, and I'm sure she would like to explain there was no bad faith here.

"Well, it's a well known fact, Sonny Jim, that there's a secret society of the five wealthiest people in the world, known as The Pentavirate, who run everything in the world, including the newspapers, and meet tri-annually at a secret country mansion in Colorado, known as The Meadows... The Queen, The Vatican, The Gettys, The Rothschilds, *and* Colonel Sanders before he went #### up. Oh, I hated the Colonel with is wee *beady* eyes, and that smug look on his face. "Oh, you're gonna buy my chicken! Ohhhhh!""
"We have a piper down.. I repeat, a piper is down."

Can you imagine being Bill and having to listen to her nag?
I haven't spent a lot of time thinking about the upside, but there has to be a good chance Bill's penis ends up in Guantanemo.  All Hillary needs to do to get him to sign the paperwork is tell him it's the name of a Puerto Rican maid.

I heard a little bit of Hillary's speech. Unfortunately she's back to yelling. She's been so effective lately keeping her voice quiet and calm, but then she forgets and the yelling happens. Even as a supporter, it's not easy to listen to.

Obama is such a good speaker. That Dallas chief of police- he's a natural as well. Hillary is not. Trump is an effective off the cuff speaker, but terrible at giving a speech.

I guess it's just a talent you have or you don't. Ranking Presidents as speakers since Nixon from 1-10:

Nixon 6

Ford 5

Carter 6

Reagan 10

George H W Bush 5

Bill Clinton 9

George W. Bush 5

Obama 10

Hillary is a 3 or 4. I'm convinced that she will be the worst speech deliverer in my lifetime. Trump is an 8 off the cuff, and a 4 reading a speech.
Obama is a 10??    Yeah, with a teleprompter maybe.  Take that away and he always sounds like he is searching for what to say.

FBI Hints That Hillary Clinton’s Private Server Got Hacked

Whatever secrets Hillary Clinton had on her email system, they’re now possibly in the hands of hackers, FBI director Jim Comey said in an extraordinary press conference.
....

Comey said that even though investigators had found no “direct evidence” of a breach by a foreign power or other “hostile actors,” the FBI “would be unlikely to see such evidence” given the “nature of the system,” which he described as a “complicated” mix of servers and mobile devices managed by different administrators. He likened the challenge that forensic investigators faced when examining one of those servers, which was decommissioned in 2013, to “removing the frame from a huge finished jigsaw puzzle and dumping the pieces on the floor.”
Comey went on to note that people in “regular contact” with Clinton via her personal email had themselves been hacked; that Clinton’s  use of a personal account was “both known by a large number of people and readily apparent;” and that she “used her personal email extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related emails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries.”
Putting all those factors together, Comey said, “we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal email account.”
... “If that had been me, they would have pulled my clearance right away,” one Pentagon official said. Throughout the U.S. military, where nearly everyone is aware of the rules that come with holding a clearance, many noted that a different standard seemed to have been applied to Clinton. Retired Gen. David Petraeus pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for improperly sharing classified information. And former soldiers have been prosecuted or sanctioned for writing writing tell-all books without properly vetting them with the government.

...

The notion that Clinton’s email was hacked is not far-fetched. Security experts have warned for months that her so-called homebrew system of servers based out of her home in New York made her a more vulnerable target.
Comey didn’t name the “territory of sophisticated adversaries” where Clinton had sent and received email on her personal devices, Clinton traveled to China seven times and to Russia four times as secretary of state, according to State Department records. Those countries are in the top-tier of U.S. adversaries targeting government personnel and have on various occasions successfully breached the computer networks of the White House, the State Department, and the Pentagon, according to U.S. officials and security experts.

- Comey went on to say at the hearing that Guccifer admitted he lied about the hacking, however the above method sounds extremely similar to Guccifer's.

FBI to give deleted Clinton emails back to State Dept.

The FBI will give the State Department thousands of deleted work-related emails that it uncovered while investigating Hillary Clinton's private server.

The bureau said in a letter filed with a federal court late Tuesday afternoon that, now that the investigation into Clinton is over, it would turn over the emails over to the State Department for record-keeping.

“During the course of the investigation, the FBI obtained certain information that may include agency records of the State Department,” general counsel James Baker told the department.

“In accordance with our policies and procedures, the FBI will be providing this information to your department for review and determination of record status pursuant to the Federal Records Act and subsequent FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] processing as appropriate.”

According to FBI Director James Comey, investigators “discovered several thousand work-related" messages that were not among the roughly 30,000 emails Clinton gave to the government in 2014. The former secretary of State and her lawyers deleted approximately half of the 60,000 emails on her server, claiming at the time that they were purely personal and did not belong in the government’s hands.

The FBI recovered the emails through digital traces left on decommissioned servers and via the inboxes of people with whom Clinton communicated, Comey said.

The State Department did not indicate whether it would release the thousands of new emails to the public, as it did with the 30,000 emails she had already handed over.

“We’re going to continue to work with the FBI on the proper disposition,” department spokesman John Kirby told reporters on Tuesday. “And I don’t have anything with respect to potential release to speak to right now.”

Newly released Clinton emails right in the thick of the general election could turn into a political liability for Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee. Critics and journalists combed Clinton's emails as they were publicly released and routinely uncovered messages included at least a whiff of wrongdoing on her part. ...

- These are already the subject of multiple lawsuits, sounds like we will be getting more emails.

Hey Saints, it's not over. Trump caught up or ahead in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

This is going to be a challenge. She could lose...
Outside of something wildly unexpected, I can't see Trump trending up (beyond temporary convention bump).  Can't see Clinton trending down.  This things is all but sealed.

Such a wasted opportunity for the Republicans.  This is a year when a Romney or a Kasich would win handily.  Instead, Trump loses by double digits, and we all breath a sigh of relief for ten minutes...

Then Hillary will yell her Innagural Address without referencing the fact she's America's reluctant choice, and then she'll run roughshod as if she had a stunning mandate.  Hearings, coverups, constant scandals, ineffective policy, conflict because she has to prove her lady balls, impeachment debates with and without cause, no effective change to education or the economy (and certainly not big money in politics).

This election is about three things only...  Hillary's legacy as the first female President, a power grab through opaque back room dealings, and a victory lap for her ego.

That e-mail account, which was hosted on private server equipment, was possessed privately under a claim of right, and has never been the property of or in the possession or control of the State Department.

Secretary Clinton held her privately owned server equipment under “a claim of right” and later voluntarily provided that equipment to the FBI for a proper purpose.

- Hearing on whether Hillary will be deposed is Monday.

- The big case they are looking at for guidance is Kissing vs Reporters in which Henry Kissinger got entangled in Watergate:

Washington, D.C., May 26, 2004 - Five years after the National Security Archive initiated legal action to compel the State Department and the National Archives to recover the transcripts of Henry Kissinger's telephone calls from his "private" collection at the Library of Congress, the National Archives today released approximately 20,000 declassified pages (10 cubic feet) of these historic records, spanning Kissinger's tenure under President Nixon from 1969 to August 1974 as national security adviser and also as secretary of state beginning in September 1973. - Kissinger initially cleverly avoided all of Hillary's problems by donating his taping equipment to the Library of Congress. Since it was outside his control it could not be Foia'd.

- Kissinger would not have won though just by claiming his taping equipment was "private" which is what Hillary is trying to do here.

"I hope Hillary Clinton wins all 50 states and the Democrats take the presidency, the House, the Senate and, effectively, the Supreme Court."
This would be total disaster for either party. You might as well just do away with all of them and just have a dicator. Oh, wait...

Well, what America really needs is for the Democrats to come to their senses and kick Clinton off the ticket.  Or the GOP to do the same with Trump.
This. This. This.

She is so compromised in every way, causing her to jeopardize this entire election. She was underwhelming against the old socialist Jew, losing over 20 contests, she hasn't exactly been crushing it against the crazy person in the polls, and she's lost ground on that crazy person since Comey, while stopping short of recommending indictment, indicted her judgment and recklessness as SoS.

So expected from a NY Times writer...lazy intellectually and full of sweeping anti GOP generalizations without one mention of anything negative about Hildo or the left...it is tough to find a more biased news source that doesn't admit they are biased...oh wait, they have David Brooks...David Brooks for God sakes...he's the thinking man's conservative which is why he gets invited to all the cocktail parties in Manhattan...

I was referring to speeches. So yes with a TelePrompTer. I've never understood the criticism about that anyhow.
Of course, you would not recognize something that is genuine.

Interesting how the biggest critics of Hillary are the most liberal, progressive and open minded people.
